Best Location Hostel

La recepcionista o encargada es realmente una maleducada y agresiva, por no entender mi idioma, o la situación en la que me encontraba, me habló de una manera muy violenta. Pongan a gente con otro tipo de modales/educación.

If I could leave 0 for cleanliness I would and same for staff I would the security was ok but the doors didn’t lock to good when I first checked in I just walked through the main doors and when I first checked in I slept on the kitchen table because with tbe self check-in they emailed me the wrong room and didn’t include the room code so that’s kinda f***** yeah so f*** this hostel and f*** the manager

My experience staying here was very unpleasant; they didn't reply to emails, and there was no offline receptionist. Inside the room, each bed lacks its own lamp and power outlet. And the signal is very weak and the WiFi speed is very slow. There wasn't even a trash can in the room, so you didn't even know where to throw your trash. Most incredibly, the bathroom door cannot be locked, The next evening when I took a shower, there was no hot water in the bathroom, only slightly warm water.

will never come back. toilet dirty af, no cleaners. shower room not safety as floor slippery(mould) and u need to step down from shower area to outside area(i almost fell). terrible experience, and hard to find the location as HOSTEL IS UNDER ANOTHER NAME AND ITS NOT MENTION IN THE BOOKING. my friend and i like idiots keep walking around to find this hotel. IF I WERE TO describe this place. its like for 'refugee' stay

This place is awful, very dirty and the atmosphere is very strange. There are no workers here, all the process is self-done, even the payment, which we expected to be in cash… Beds are super thin, there are no plugs next to them. Avoid this place.

NEVER COME TO THIS HOSTEL! First of all the hostel name is different in real life and you can either pay by cash or send money to an account, no physical receipts. The hostel is really dirty, toilets, sink, there is no curtains in the shower. No towels, hair dryer, appropriate toilet paper. Heating is turned off and it is cold as ice there. And you only get a dirty blanket or small sheet to cover. There is always a red light on the hall which is uncomfortable especially when you sleep and someon...

There is black mold all over the ceilings and grout in the showers. Dirty mops lying around. A layer of dust over everything in the bedrooms;the linen and sheets, the table, bed frame, and the floor. There was hair all over the comforter. Good location but unpleasantly dirty hostel.

The hostel is very small. There's no reception. One person does both cleaning and guest service. There's no stove for cooking. Cleanliness is minimal. Toilets are inadequate.

I saw some negative reviews from previous guests before deciding whether to book. In the end, I went ahead with it only because of the great location and price. But after staying for four nights, I have to say it turned out to be a really good experience. They sent me everything I needed for check-in, even though there was no staff on site.

Everything is pretty dirty. Showers are fine but the really bad. Beds don’t even have real sheets and you’ll always end up sleeping on the bare mattes. Microwave unusable, no WLAN connection in the rooms and no reception. But after all it’s a good place to stay for a few nights if your low budget. Garbage, sink and floors are getting cleaned regularly and it doesn’t smell bad. Good security and really the best location you could have. I would actually stay again.

We had a terrible experience here. At 12:30 AM, a guest in our room became extremely aggressive and was potentially under the influence of drugs. There was no security or reception staff available to help us. As a result, 3 out of 4 people in the room had to flee for our safety and spent the rest of the night on the street. The hostel has been ignoring my emails for days. Unsafe and unprofessional.

L’emplacement est bon, mais malheureusement c’est le seul atout de cet endroit. Locaux extrêmement sales, toilettes infecte, les lits sont passables mais encore une fois le sol n’est pas propre. Si vous recherchez un endroit central, c’est pas mal, mais il ne faut pas être regardant sur la propreté.

There was no reception and the flat was very dirty. The bedding was very unhygenic as it was one sheet for mattress, pillow and blanket.

Staff responded very quickly and kind about changing rooms and cancelling my stay! Beds were very squeaky. I couldn’t sleep because of it. There was one sheet provided (made to cover pillow, mattress and duvet) and no electrical sockets next to the bed. Rooms were small and my stuff almost didn’t fit in the locker. There was no lock on the shower and the water didn’t go in one direction (made it hard to wash my hair). Location and price were good, but I’d rather spend more for a bet...

Great location! Was decently clean, but the beds are so loud and creaky that even moving in the middle of the night wakes everyone up. Additionally, the worker who was there was not the nicest. I think it mostly stemmed from miscommunication (language barriers), but we speak English and the hostel says that you can only stay if you speak English, but it didn’t seem like she did. Lockers were big tho and showers/bathroom clean. Kitchen not the cleanest.

local com pouca assistência, banheiros muito ruins, as portas não fecham, a cortina que fecha o box fica colando em você enquanto toma banho, não há lugar para pendurar a toalha dentro do chuveiro e há apenas um banheiro para todo o hostel.

No estuvo mal pero no volvería, ni recomendaría.

Excellent stay! Alex, who assists via WhatsApp, is very kind, and the cleaning staff is also great. The location is perfect, in a charming historic building in the city center, surrounded by markets. You can store your belongings in a locker after check-out, and there’s free coffee and tea, plus a microwave and kettle available. The Wi-Fi works well, and they offer maps and games. The self check-in system is very efficient. Only suggestion: add power outlets near the beds.

I stayed just one night and the price was fair. It's right in the center of Vienna, so if you want to save money and just need a place to sleep, I’d recommend it.

staff was nice and let me and my friends share a room even though we booked separately, which was appreciated. the actual conditions, however, were poor: equipment was basically nonexistent, with the kitchen having less than 3 forks that were never available. beds were extremely noisy, the sheets were literally like a sleeping bag you crawl into instead of real bed sheets, and the duvet was old, dirty and had no cover. to top it off, the cash-only payment announced last minute felt sketchy.

Being in the city center is a huge bonus, but bathrooms are dirty and beds uncomfortable.
