This would be a pretty mediocre review in normal times given how expensive the hostel is. It lacks atmosphere and without AC gets extremely hot, even though it’s an expensive hostel. There’s rarely any staff in this hostel most of the time - just 10am - 2pm, making resolving any issue or just getting information outside of those hours painful. Most expensive hostel I have ever stayed in, but most places were sold out on my dates so I had no choice. The facilities are great, but I did not think it was worth the high price. I did like the common room, it felt a bit like a café. If lucky, it is possible to find someone to talk to there but other than that the hostel is pretty dead socially. Maybe a good stay if you don't want to meet people. I will probably chose another hostel next time.

Not much atmosphere but very clean, more similar to a hotel.

This is an aesthetically beautiful hostel and the beds and bathrooms were so nice. The downfall was the staff are rarely in the building and they also take hours and hours to reply to What’s apps which was frustrating when you had questions about facilities. I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re wanting a social hostel but it’s certainly relaxing for a night or two!

A good hotsel, staff were very nice, very clean. Kitchen had no hob or oven so you couldn't cook for yourself if you wanted to. Good size lockers and nice and quiet. Very much not a party hostel.

It's a good, simple hostal. Clean, well maintained, comfortable bed. It isn't a boutique hostal however, boutique suggests something above the norm and it's just normal. Dish cloth sized towels, no milk, no breakfast, no real kitchen facilities, pretty poor location, quite a trek from the action. Boutique suggested I might be getting a little luxury, I was disappointed, especially as they are charging a premium based on the word boutique. I did however meet some lovely people. Staff are great.

Expensive for what it was. Although the rooms were very nice, it wasn’t possible to prepare food in the kitchen and it was the commonarea wasn’t that different to other cheaper hostels. It was nice all in all but compared to price and maybe expectation i wasn’t blown away,

Stayed for 2 nights and didn‘t see any staff, which was a little strange but not necessarily an issue. Hostel is next to a metro/tram station but otherwise a little out of the way. All that said, probably the best few nights‘ sleep I‘ve had in a hostel.

Quite literally the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Exceptionally clean since you leave your shoes at reception. Two doors with codes to get through in order to get into the hostel. Most privacy in the beds I’ve ever seen. Insane value for the price! You are about a 35-40 minute walk from the city center, but the Neubau neighborhood is great to explore.

What a TREAT it was to stay here. 1000/10 stars- this was the most relaxing and beautiful and best hostel experience ever. Incredibly thoughtful design and offerings (love the free fruit and tea) and beautifully designed hostel and living space. I’d love to come back

I had an amazing stay here I stayed a few days leading into the new year and on New Year’s Eve they gave me a kind note wishing me a happy new year with a traditional mammer wein.The restrooms were clean. It was very quite and peaceful. They provided lockers with locks.On the day of check out they allowed me to leave my luggage in a locker for few hours so that I can sightsee a bit before my flight. We had a lovely time and slept brilliantly. The curtains around the beds meant we slept for hours, we had an unexpected en suite bathroom and the general vibe of the place was great. The staff were friendly and the area was quiet but with things going on. The instructions were clear for entry when we arrived very late at night. We loved the whole stay!

Great hostel and in a convenient location with all kinds of convenient public transport... The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly... You feel like you're at home there, especially since there is a condition that you can't wear shoes you've been wearing outside! Thanks to Damian from the reception for the friendly attitude!

Such a cute hostel! I wish I could have stayed longer because this is by far the best hostel I’ve stayed in. The beds have privacy curtains all the way around, the bathrooms are good sized and the hostel is very clean. No shoes allowed past reception which I appreciated. The kitchen area is adorable and a nice place to hang out quietly, it’s in a great location with easy access to public transit.

The most privacy I’ve ever had in a dorm! Beautiful rooms, everything super clean, excellent value for money. Would 12/10 stay here again

Me senti em casa, acolhida. Fui muito bem orientada sobre como fazer passeios, pegar metrô. Quando deixei o hostel fui gentilmente acompanhada até o ponto onde peguei o ônibus para o aeroporto. Com certeza voltarei. Indico que você procure viver a experiência de estar neste hostel. Ambientes claros, limpos, aconchegantes.

El hostel boutique es muy pintoresco. Que no se use zapatillas en el interior ayuda mucho a reducir los ruidos. Esta a tiro de los subtes que van a los lugares importantes!! Y el personal del hostel conmigo fue increíblemente amable!
