+ Reserve habitaciones doble deluxe y me dan cama matrimonial y fuera del hotel pero lo peor fue que me disponía a entrar a la ducha y que se mueve algo grande y era una inmensa cucaracha pedí que me cambien de habitación para adentro del hotel ya que estoy eran wb

- אין כל תמורה ראוייה למחיר, החדר צפוף, אין מקום לשים כלום בחדר עם 2 מיטות זוגיות, מקלחת צפופה ובלתי ראויה לחלוטין, ריח רע בשירותים, אין חימום למרות שקר מאד בערבים.

- Habitaciones muy pequeñas y mucho calor, sin ventilacion
+ Las insatisfacción son muy bonitas y limpias con una buena ubicación. 😉😇
- Lo que no me gustó fue que fuimos a desayunar y todo estaba casi vacío y el servicio nos ignoró y tuve que preguntar hasta que hora era el desayuno y me contestaron que hasta las 10 am y eran las 9:20 y no había casi nada eso me molesto mucho .😡

- This is a very noisy hotel. Deluxe suite was extremely noisy. There is no AC in the rooms. No ceiling fans. Open windows meant more noise. Music from across the street until 11pm. On a busy street. People on the street talking. There was even a lot of car alarms chirpings going for some reason. The staff played music at the hotel restaurant very loud at 6am. We had to request at 8pm each night (we stayed 3 nights) that the music at the pool be turned off even through no one was at the pool. The hotel hosted a group of 97 15 to 18 year old's while we were there.
- Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat leider nicht gepasst. Für den Preis darf man mehr erwarten. Die Zimmer waren sehr einfach, hellhörig und allgemein nicht im besten Zustand. Die Fenster im Bad ließen sich nicht schließen und waren sehr verrostet. Wifi ist oft unterbrochen worden. Die Outdoormöbel waren sehr schmutzig. Allgemein nicht die beste Unterkunft.

- There is a public thermal pool right across the street at the base of a waterfall that is open late. It is noisy with music and people talking. The hotel hosted 97 13 year-olds on a tour for multiple days. They indicated the hotel and its staff. We don't recommend this hotel. Thank you.

+ La comida , el restaurante 10/10
- Un poco de bulla en la mañana por que antras estab construyendo un edificio, pero entiendo que no es culpa del hotel, es algo que no se puede controlar, el baño me parecio muy pequeño mi esposo es grande alto y le costo sentarse en el inodoro

+ La limpieza, la comida. Los masajes son muy buenos y el personal muy profesional. Muy amable todo el personal.
- Se acumula el calor en las habitaciones tipo cabaña. Las almohadas son muy altas.

- La piscina no se veia agradable para meterse. Viendo la gente metida con camisetas y el agua turbia no me dio ganas de meterme, ni a mis hijos.
