+ Might be good if you're on a budget... we left after 2 days.
- Rooms are very small, tight and very warm.. Bathroom smells damp during the whole day. They only give 1 key this way you can't keep the airco running so you are welcomed in a sauna everytime. Tours at the frontdesk are overpriced its best to buy on the spot. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are not on a budget.
- wir wurden dank „lunar new year“ in das Schwester Hotel „Nam An Mama Villa“ umquartiert. Dort angekommen wurden wir in eines von 2 Zimmern im Keller gebracht. Dort fanden wir u.a. Schaben und Abortfliegen. Daraufhin baten wir um ein anderes Zimmer, jedoch war laut Aussage der Rezeptionistin alles besetzt. Als am nächsten Tag die Tolilettenspülung nicht mehr funktionierte baten wir erneut um ein anderes Zimmer. Wir hofften auf eines das nicht im Keller sein würde. Jedoch kam sie mit der Karte für das 2. der beiden Zimmer im Keller. Als wir uns darin umsahen fiel uns auf dass das Waschbecken undicht war und den Boden volltropfte. Bei dem Versuch sie darauf hinzuweisen wurden wir nur belächelt und es wurde gesagt „no worry tomorrow we will sent someone to fix it“ leider wurde nichts repariert…generell waren die Rezepionistinnen mehr genervt als hilfsbereit.
+ The staffs were rude , and at night there was no receptionist to communicate with when we had a problem, and the aircon in our room which was constantly giving us problem .
- Very dusty, it is everywhere. Also, not the cleanest place.
+ El alojamiento estaba limpio. Tenía aire acondicionado y mininevera que viene muy bien para mantener el agua fría. El baño estaba genial, salvo que era un poco pequeño. Te dejaban bicicletas gratis.
- Los colchones no eran cómodos y las almohadas tampoco. El hotel está alejado del centro aunque con bicicleta se llega muy rápido. Entra luz en las habitaciones a través de las persianas a las 5:00. Y había unos perros ladrando media noche todas las noches que nos alojamos en el hotel. Dormimos regular.
+ Sehr freundliches Personal. Kostenlose Fahrräder verfügbar mit denen man sehr gut in die Stadt oder an den Strand fahren kann.
- Leider haben die Zimmer modrig gerochen.

- Undiversified breakfast. You are only allowed to choose 1 dish from the menu. On of them is just 2 boil eggs.
+ Las habitaciones son amplias.
- El agua subía con poca presión y de manera irregular. Había que avisar en recepción para que limpiaran la habitación (si no, no lo hacían). No revisan si hay gel de suficiente para la estancia
+ Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und das Personal nett.

- W pokoju było bardzo wilgotno, wszystko było zaparowane i nic nie schło. To niekoniecznie wina hotelu bo wilgotność powietrza była wysoka, ale może warto pomyśleć o lepszej wentylacji :)

The staff is enthusiastic, the location is near the old street, the space is spacious, comfortable The room outside is not very similar, the pillows are soft and the blankets are not very clean.
+ Un très bel hôtel propre avec un beau jardin et belle piscine. Le personnel était vraiment gentil.

A very nice clean hotel with a beautiful garden and a beautiful pool. the staff was really nice. i liked everything.

- Loin du centre mais plus calme. Vélos en location gratuite mais pas toujours en bon état Piscine froide
+ L'établissement est neuf , les chambres sont lunimeuses et bien équipées .le wifi est de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. La réception vous envoie un véhicule vous chercher ou vous ramener à l'aéroport. Le personnel est aimable et souriant comme partout où nous sommes passés au Vietnam. Location de vélos gratuit.
- Il n'y a pas de place autour de la piscine pour en profiter. L'hôtel est excentré par rapport au centre , il faut 30mn à pied pour y accéder, mieux vaut prendre un taxi .

+ El sitio está muy cuidado y la piscina interior es muy chula. El desayuno está muy bueno: aparte de los platos que se eligen viene incluido un buffet monísimo con fruta, bollería y zumos! La habitación muy bien también!
- Hay que caminar un poquito para llegar al centro pero tiene de positivo que está más cerca de la playa que otros alojamientos. No viene incluida el agua, hay que pagar a parte…

+ The villa is cozy and looks same as the picture shown. The place is near the old town. The receptionists and staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They also helped us with the booking of My Son sanctuary tour. The breakfast was also good.

The property has a beautiful boutique style, surrounded by greenery, and the whole atmosphere feels very relaxing and intimate. The rooms are spacious, spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day exploring Hoi An. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always happy to help and making the stay feel very personal. The location is also convenient, close enough to the old town but far enough to enjoy a quiet and calm environment. A lovely place that really adds to the Hoi An experience.

This place was amazing! The owner is so lovely and very helpful, brought water to my room everyday. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great location. I would highly recommend!
