Katastrophe

Not worth the money spent for the night. No air condition in room, even in this hot summer. The staff took 10 mins or more while checking in. Especially no ac in whole hostel. Won’t recommend to someone if coming to vienna.

A reserva dos quartos foi alterada sem nos ter sido dado qualquer tipo de explicação. Existiu falta de organização no que toca aos quartos, fazendo com que ao chegar ao quarto a cama destinada estava ocupada por outro hóspede. Falta de simpatia por parte da recepção.

Actually the location so sucks because its like 15 min in metro to centrum besides that there is no common room and receptionists are unpolite because I was leaving early morning so i asked for some breakfast on the way and they after 10 minutes of argueing lastly agreed also they take eveybody to the hostel and I habe a room with some 70 years old junkie XD. The proparty wasnt cleaned at all and there was no common room at all so thats a big minus. Dont recommend dont go there

Need to change the bed sheets as they dirty , and smelling because they never change them after each client ! Location is great and shower are nice cause of water pressure! The staff need be more for the client as many of them they only for a hi and bye ! And to make sure what kind of people they put inside the hostel , as they very dirty and very noisy and they make a lot of trouble during the night and sleeping is very hard with them ! Breakfast was closed for our stay ! Disapp...

Don’t think it is a safe place

I and my friend had a really bad experience, the staff is highly non cooperative and they do not have any knowledge of rules, they change it based on their convenience. No facility to cook, and rude behavior. They say they have oven but only staff can use it and you need to request them every time you wish to do something to which they will reply oven can only be used at night. Overall very bad experience

Lady at reception was quite rude. I was placed in a room where some one had slept in my allocated bed already and when I went to sort it with the receptionist she just swapped beds, onto the bed that the other person was laying on when I arrived.

The location is far from the metro, the bar does not work, they want money for everything inside, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, we couldn't sleep for 2 days because of the heat. There are flies in the hallway and it's annoying. I suggest you pay a little more and stay in a decent place.

This was my first stay at a hostel, and they made everything comfortable and easy. The bed was comfy, the building was easy to find and I always felt safe in the area. The lockers are like US school lockers, so they can be a bit loud. Everything was clean, but the paint was a bit scuffed/things were a bit worn. Has 0 impact on the quality of my stay, but might bother some people.

Lo bueno la limpieza, recepcionistas amables, la gente de la cocina también, el lugar limpio y muy tranquilo. Calefacción 24 hrs y decoración con obras de arte en todos los pisos. Desayuno exquisito.Lo malo en la mañana de nuestro ultimo día tuvimos un feo episodio, había un huésped “guiri “ que nos atacó en el ascensor, nos insultó, nos escupió, nos quiso golpear y éramos 3 mujeres, y el hombre era obeso y gigante, la seguridad no funcionó llamamos por el ascensor pero no nos ay...

We found some hair on the sheets. It was also a little bit far from the city center, but overall it was good for the price.

The room was clean and cozy and awesome duvet and pillow, close to a train line, kinda weird vibes in the common area and microwave was real yucky but otherwise everything was perfectly fine for the price :-)

Super hostel . Un peu éloigné du centre ville mais vous avez le métro à 10m ou le tramway . Malgré le froid dehors il fait très agréable dedans ,limite il fait très chaud . La chambre est parfaite ,douche chaude ,petit locker pour ranger les affaires .

Le lit était trop raplapla, sans un tenue bon pour le dos.

Wifi signal in the room was poor. It is a bit far from transportation. I had problems with the room key, the laundry, and the shower. The breakfast was good, but the flies in the breakfast room bothered me. None of the clocks behind the main desk showed the right time. Otherwise, it’s a very nice hostel. Clean, quiet, comfortable. The staff were attentive to my needs.

This was one of my best stay, the staff there is soo humble and nice. And the staying experience was top notch to me.

More of a hotel than a hostel. Crowd was a bit older and not a super social place. Besides that everything was very clean and comfortable and front desk staff was very helpful & kind. Good place to stay for a chill experience.

The beds and bedding was comfortable. Staff was friendly, the lounge area was cozy. Points of improvement: - the Wifi connection in the rooms could be improved - curtains on the bunkbeds could be added for more privacy

Only downside that it takes on average abt 30 mins one way to get anywhere from the hostel, aside from that everything's been fantastic. Tysm for your great service!

The rooms are amazing for the price. It is well connected to public transportation and major tourist spots. I stayed for five days and the staff was really helpful. They also allowed for luggage storage post-check out, this was really helpful for me.

beds were very comfortable! dorms were pretty clean and had cleaners come in every day to take out trash and replace toilet roll etc. shower head had seen better days and did begin to fill up after a few minutes. not the most social hostel but perfect for what we needed. getting into the centre can be a bit of a hassle but it’s only a couple of stops on the train. on my last night i heard screaming and banging coming from the corridor which scared me a little, but still i would stay again

There is no kitchen : a place to eat with a fridge, nothing to cook your own food is not one. You also don’t have proper plates and cutlery so you can’t use the microwave. But they have a 10€ breakfast (quite expensive in a hostel) that looks great… but it looks like you don’t have the choice because of that “kitchen”. Otherwise, rooms and staff are great.

Good location, no key needed to get into the building lobby which worried me a bit but overall felt very safe. Very clean and friendly staff. Room was nice and comfortable size. Private bathrooms are very nice. Would stay again.

Started with a friendly warm welcome, Helpful and very friendly, Location is a Quiet Area but also in the Heart of the 10th District, steps away from all what I could need day and even night.! Looking forward for the next time at A & T. Thanks a lot for this great time.!

War ein schöner Aufenthalt in Wien gewesen.Das Hostel ist zentrumsnah und mit Frühstück.Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.Wir hatten ein Problem im Bad gehabt und das wurde gleich gelöst.Ich würde dieses Unterkunft wieder wählen beim nächsten Besuch in Wien!
