+ Booking confirmed rooms are not available on arrival, even though confirmed by phone call one day in advance.

- This property is not suitable in winter time. I had to cancel my 4 days booking within few hours of stay as there’s no heating facilities except a window AC which they turned to 30 degrees temperature but it cannot heat the room. Toilet and even rooms weren’t clean. When they say free breakfast, it means tea, bread and omelette. I went there with my family after looking at the ratings and reviews and turned very bad, these reviews could related to summer time.

+ The staff and the owner were good.They were very supportive.
- They don't clean the room and bathroom on daily basis. We need to remind them.

+ The host and his family were nice and receptive. Room was big, well furnished and comfortable. it’s close to the airport.
- Bathroom could be better cleaned and the towels offered were very thin. I found it to be expensive for what is offered.

+ The hotel is more like a home converted with rooms, very close to the railway station and has AC and comfortable clean rooms. Safety is good.
- The door opens into a smaller road, so difficult to park your own Car if you have.

+ The best part was breakfast.. on time service it was very delicious. It's a bit from city centre if you want to step out for quick purchase, but worth the money for stay. Very calm and nice staff.
