Dalat Sky Hostel

My bf and I stayed here for 2 nights. The location is great and the breakfast is nice. The staff are kind. Rooms looked clean. Showers were good. (We stayed in dorm rooms with shared showers, not the ensuite rooms). We also did the vietchallenge canyoning tour and had a great time and the hostel will take and wash your things for you afterwards for 30k per kg, which is both convenient and a good deal. However, I recommend if you stay to check your beds thoroughly for bed bugs. I didn't think too much about my itchy bites from the first night, and then of course woke up very itchy and found a bed bug beside me the second night. The staff had their bug "expert" check my bed in less than 5 minutes and tell me it was fine. One staff member also tried to tell me it wasn't a bed bug at all. I killed it at 3am when I found it. And left it on my bed for proof until staff came in at 7am. We got a refund for the second night, and free laundry service for some clothes that were on our beds. Overall, the time here was nice minus the bed bugs. And no matter what place you stay in you should check, but especially do check here before you sleep/ put things on the bed. It is a huge pain to deal with afterwards.
