- No tenían sitio para nosotros a pesar de tener la reserva confirmada por booking

- For a town that is very cold it was dissapointing when we arrived that the heater wasnt working and had, no water at all. went to reception and was no one there. Finally someone showed up and we checked another room and was the same. Nothing working at all. Got my money back and left.

- Das Zimmer war sehr kalt. Es war nicht wirklich warm zu bekommen.

- The hotel was very cold, and the air conditioning couldn’t be switched to heating mode. They only had one portable heater, even though we stayed in two rooms. Cleanliness could have been better, and there was mold on the wall. Overall, a disappointing experience.

- The shower is as special and just made the whole bathroom wet. Also the AC unit was leaking.

- Unser Zimmer war nicht im Hotel, sondern links daneben. Vor dem Zimmer war es extrem laut. Im Zimmer befand sich ein Abfluss unter dem Bett, der sehr laut war. Kakerlaken gab es inklusive. Frau am Empfang sprach quasi gar kein Englisch

- Las instalaciones justas. Caro para lo que es. Las toallas estaban que daba pena. Con manchas y como con todos los hilos sueltos. Limpieza muy básica.

+ Booked this place the night before as I was going through the loop, and everything was great! Great value for the location. The bed was big and fairly comfortable, the shower was hot without waiting, and the Wi-Fi worked well!
