Hostel didn’t prepare for my stay, receptionist of main building dropped me in a room without proper check in. I didn’t see a single staff member from the hostel or guest during my entire stay. No Wi-Fi in my room No curtain on the main window, it was freezing at night. Bathroom bin full of old food causing bad smell showing the room wasn’t cleaned. I booked a bed and paid and when I arrived they turned me away and said sorry there was no beds available. I ended up at a differnt Hostel. Would not recommend, the staff refused to help and said nothing they could do.

There is no vibe in this 'Hostel'. It feels like a money machine for the owner. There is no Window in the 'Living Room' and more or less no daylight in the room. There's no staff at this place and no one will help you with your problems. I had to sleep in uncleaned, dirty beds. I called, I asked downstairs, no one was able to help me or at least give me clean bedsheets. There is no costumer support after this incident. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement pour les femmes qui voyagent seules. La réception était glauque, le réceptionniste semblait perdu et ne parlait pas anglais. Il n’y a pas d’espaces communs à part une toute petite cuisine. La salle de bain était sale et ça ne sentait pas bon. On a utilisé ma serviette de bain…un peu limite.

I arrived exhausted around 8 p.m., and I didn't see anyone at the reception. Only a rude security guard who doesn't speak a word of English. I had trouble finding the room, so I asked him for help and he was really arrogant and unpleasant. My roommates were really the worst I've had (even if I don't take it into account in the note). The pool is nice but it was not very hot. The common areas were not always very clean. Don't be fooled with the photo of the pool, there is probably much better.

good location, close to a 24/7 open store, curtains on the bed which was good. But overall… the spa isn’t like the pictures, pretty small pool, two saunas that fitted like two persons each, hospital lighting and a lot of people, couldn’t stay for more than 10 min… The beds were ok, but you felt the metal strings underneath. Blanket ok. My lamp next to the bed didn’t work. Wifi in the room was super bad, you had to go out to the kitchen to make things work. No hang around area. No staf...

I was placed in a room alone with an older man, did not feel super safe. It’s my fault booking an all gender room, but it affects my experience :)

There's no atmosphere in the hostel and a strange collection of kids toys as entertaiment. It says reception opening hours but noone works there. The pool is for the whole building so is very busy and is cold. The location is good close to town and there is 24/7 security for the building so I felt safe.

A very nicely decorated place, colorful and with origami hanging from the ceiling - fantastic idea! The staff was very friendly and the room was really clean. Plus there's a kitchen with all the necessary equipments. Don't miss the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna area! - a real treat after a long day of sightseeing! ;) And what was the most important for me -hostel is located 5 minutes by foot from the Old Town (which is beautifull by the way! ;)) I recommend it to everyone and definitely will be back!

I do recommend that place. 24 reception + pool access in the price. Comfy beds with curtains

un très bon établissement pour passer quelques nuits, le spa et le sauna est un énorme plus. par contre peu d'ambiance et pas de partie commune à part la cuisine (l'hostel est situé dans un hôtel)

Leuke hostel. Lakens en handdoek inbegrepen. Goede keuken, maar de koelkast was tijdelijk buiten werking. Spa met zwembadje (1.20m diep), bubbelbad, sauna en enkele fitness toestellen tot 23 uur geopend.

No llamaría gimnasio a 3 cintas de correr. Faltaban mancuernas o peso. La pileta muy bien aunque a la tarde se llena de niños que viven en el mismo edificio.

Das Hostel besteht aus ein paar Zimmern in einem Apartmenthaus. Die Ausstattung ist super, in den Zimmern ist alles was man so braucht. Der Spabereich des Apartmenthauses kann mitbenutzt werden, was natürlich ein riesiger Bonus ist. Es gab ein Problem mit meinem Locker, aber das Personal hat sehr nett reagiert. Die Stimmung in dem Hostel ist sehr ruhig und anonym, muss man mögen. Außerdem liegen alle Räume quasi im Inneren und man kriegt nie Licht zu sehen, was mich persönlich deprimiert ha...

It can be a great placê, the comunication and info about payment of reserve (pay at hostel or pay debites card automatic), could be better explained. Part of the reception were not well informed about rules, rights and obligations of guest-host relationship. Barrier linguagem was not a big problem.

Pros: - pool, jacuzzi, and sauna - very nice receptionist - location - security Cons: - very small towel; I had to ask for a bigger one. - I had to wait a long time for hot water in the shower, and the stream was weak. - no common area, just a kitchen. - the cross in the reception area; this should be a secular space.

Preis - Leistung ist gut, wenn man nicht viel erwartet alles gut. Es gibt kein Personal, aber 24/7 Check In ist über die Security möglich. Die Vorhänge an den Betten sind super. Es ist alles sehr anonym. Lage ist super

Sauberes, gut gelegenes Hostel mit Zugang zum Pool und Whirlpool. Leider fehlt die Hostelatmosphäre, die Zimmer sind aber gut ausgestattet.

Het is een hostel in een hotel. Locatie is super goed, 5min lopen vanaf het centrum. Echter als je op zoeo bent naar een hostel vibe, dan zou ik dit overslaan. Sfeer is ver te zoeken, geen gezamenlijke kamer waar mensen bijeenkomen. Alleen bij mijn check in heb ik staff members gezien, verder geen 1x in de 4 dagen dat ik er was. Kamers zijn verder goed. Kluisje is aanwezit, iedere kamer heeft een eigen badkamer, gordijnen aanwezig en het is schoon. Prima hostel voor als je rust zoekt.
