- El servicio de restaurante es pésimo esperamos hora y media por dos pizzas personales a parte de eso el costo es exageradamente elevado
Banos y duchas destartalados.. Imposible de poner su ropa y toallas en las duchas. Puertas sanadas.. Cuartos muy chiquitos 2 banos por 30 hospedajes / clientes El edificio hace eventos por la gente local de Santa Marta. Mucho ruidos. Sin ningún jabón en las ducha
Bathrooms and shower rooms in disrepair.. impossible to put your clothes and towels in the showers. doors are closed.. rooms are very small 2 bathrooms for 30 hostedajes / clients The building holds events for the local people of Santa Marta. a lot of noise. no soap in the shower
El alojamiento estaba lleno de niños (20 niños) cuando según las reglas del alojamiento decían que no aceptaban menores de edad, nos tuvimos que cambiar de alojamiento sin tenerlo planeado.
The accommodation was full of children (20 children) when according to the accommodation rules they said they did not accept minors, we had to change accommodation without having planned it.
If you want to spend your time being eaten by mosquitoes and having buss loads of kids kicking balls and jumping/splashing/screaming around you this is the place for it! Works more like a communal pool than a hostel unfortunately.
+ Pessoal que trabalham no hostel todos mal educado foi o pior que passei até agora na Colômbia,aliás esse foi o único que não prestou os demais todos muito bom, passei por várias cidades da Colômbia e ainda estou .

+ The room was spacious and clean with a large bed and good air conditioning. Outside space around the pool is nice with chairs and sun loungers. Building itself is nice.
- Overall we didn't enjoy our stay for several reasons. In general the staff felt quite unfriendly and not particularly welcoming, aside from Nicholas at the front desk who was very nice. They always seemed more interested in attending to guests at the restaurant and we felt like a bit of an inconvenience as guests at the hostel. This leads on to the other issue which people staying should be aware of - the restaurant is also an events space so there were constantly birthday parties and work events on which often had really loud music right outside our room. This also creates quite a weird vibe if you're just trying to relax by the pool. Finally, the food was really average and on occasion quite bad, also not cheap at all for what it is! Not much care or attention given to the food they were serving, we tried quite a few things on the menu and they were all very average - see photos of the pizza cone which was rock hard and inedible and had to be sent back. We were also charged for two portions of pancakes which weren't included in the breakfast price (something I was fine with), but they were served with bacon when I had asked for fruit as my girlfriend is vegetarian. They were also so tasteless and served without any sauce or honey so when paying the bill at the end I asked for them to be removed. Was flatly refused even after explaining numerous times. Really awful service and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Hostel is quite close to the mercado but walking the Calle de Libertador street at 20:30pm felt really unsafe and there were several “callejeros” shouting at me. The design of the hostel is nice but there is no drinking water available for the guests (you can only buy it in the restaurant), the wifi wasn’t working and neither did the plug above my bed. And one recommendation: bring good earplugs, there where two guys snoring heavily all night in my dorm so it was a sleepless night ...
+ La chambre grande et agréable , mais , trop près de la route .
- Très très bruyant . Chambre à côté de nous télé à fond jusqu'à 1h du matin où nous avons dû frapper à la porte pour que le son soit baissé . Un groupe de jeunes filles installées près de la piscine s'est égosillé jusqu'à 2h du matin au moins avec des éclats de voix et de rires incessants . Chambre de l'autre côté , un vacarme incroyable à 5h du matin , des jeunes qui semblaient rentrer d'une nuit festive ? Là encore obligés de se lever pour aller frapper à leur porte pour que le vacarme cesse aussitôt . Dans tous ces cas , nous n'avons jamais vu personne à la réception sensée être ouverte 24h/24h et qui aurait dû gérer ces problèmes à notre place . Moins grave mais désagréable , on nous met un bracelet au poignet que l'on est sommé de conserver tout au long du séjour comme dans les grands complexes all inclusive , on ne voit pas la justification dans cet établissement .

- We booked for 2 nights but for medical reasons we stayed 4. The first nights we where in one of this rooms in the foyer lots of noise from the street and the staff walking by and talking, the second night we had to tell the staff to put the music down from the foyer at 11.00 pm..we had to move to another room the next 2 nights, this room was right on the back of the staff room, we had to go out that night several times to tell them to be quiet. Last night they had a party at the hotel and we basically had no sleep....very loud music people and kids screaming at the foyer right behind our door....one morning the owner walked in our room when his staff were fixing the TV and he didn't even say good morning or knowledge the fact that we where in the room.... Very poor breakfast and service. We understand that we are in Colombia and they like their music but that was way too much.....

Mi estancia fue fabulosa; el lugar es totalmente recomendable. Sin embargo, hubo un aspecto que no me agradó: se realizan eventos infantiles y celebraciones de cumpleaños que afectan la tranquilidad de los huéspedes. Considero que muchos elegimos este tipo de hospedaje para descansar o trabajar en un ambiente calmado, por lo que este tipo de actividades interfiere con esa experiencia. My stay was fabulous; the place is totally recommended. however, there was one aspect that I did not like: there are children's events and birthday celebrations that affect the tranquility of the guests. I consider that many of us choose this type of accommodation to rest or work in a calm environment, so this type of activities interferes with that experience. It was the only negative detail during my stay, as a hostel should prioritize the rest of its guests

+ Great beds, good showers. Breakfast is a good way to get you started, there is coffee available. Not too far from the center, its a nice walk.
- There were two events both nights, it's like they rent out the space for events, but then if you want to sleep early after a long travel its a bit hard. Maybe it was because it was the weekend, not exactly sure. Just make sure to bring your earplugs.

- No me gusto que ofrecen servicio de coworking y en realidad lo tienen alquilado para gente de afuera, solo reserve el lugar por eso y no lo pude usar ... No me gusto el servicio del restaurante, especialmente de Mari, grosera, no saluda, cometieron un error interno y me hicieron sentir que la culpa era mía pésimo servicio
Andrea's service at the reception I don't like that they offer coworking service and actually have it rented out to people from outside, I just booked the place for that and couldn't use it... I don't like the service at the restaurant, especially Mari's, rude, no health, they made an internal mistake and made me feel like the fault was my own lousy service

- Solo una sugerencia para mejorar, deberían cambiar las canecas de la habitación mixta con baños privados, ya que es muy grande y alta, queda pegada al inodoro
