NEW FRIENDS HOSTEL VALLADOLID & BAR ADULTS ONLY

We unfortunately can’t recommend this hostel. There was nobody at the reception, so if you are unlucky you won’t be able to check-in. It wasn’t clean at all! We had to clean the toilet by ourselves. The swimming pool was empty. They did not offer breakfast and there were no partys/tours. At the end we even found a bed bug. Actually it could be a very nice hostel but no one is taking care of it.

Bedbugs incident! I had a very unpleasant stay in this Hostel. After the second night I realized that I had Bedbugs bites. The staff handled the situation super unprofessional. First he yelled at me that it's impossible, then he blamed me that I brought them in. Then we checked together and under my mattress and found so many living and dead bugs and eggs. I have about 50 bites! Only got compensated for one night that I checked out earlier. No apologies. Very unfriendly manager. No good vibes.

I really liked this hostel but sadly got bitten by bed bugs while here - so I’d make sure you do a good check if you’re staying anytime soon! It didn’t seem like the staff took it very seriously, as most travellers know they are not easy to get rid of!! Other than that, it was a nice hostel, with comfy beds, good showers and staff gave good local recommendations.
