- The trash was not empty from the previous guest. Stains on the walls and bedding. Fan hanging unstable from ceiling. Air conditioning filthy and dirty, breathing this in would’ve been dangerous to human health. When I raised the issues with the property, I was accused of causing the issues myself, told I was wrong and there weren’t issues, insulted on multiple occasions, and harassed via whatsapp. I asked for a refund but this has not happened.

- Organisation désastreuse. Impossible de payer par carte, et après avoir dû chercher un distributeur, il faut encore attendre que la personne en charge daigne répondre pour donner les codes... Sans oublier le coq qui chante toute la nuit. Une véritable arnaque ! Séjour annulé alors que j'avais payé en cash, sûrement pour éviter de payer les frais Booking.

- Las paredes estaban húmedas y el aire acondicionado sucio al igual que las sábanas

- No tiene ningún aviso que diga que ese es el lugar, no pude dormir durante la noche, se escuchaban gallos desde las 5 de la mañana y cuando salí del hostel eran las 11 y media y aún sonaban los gallos

- Die nicht gewechselte Bettwäsche und der Schmutz überall. Auch auf dem angeblich „sauberen Bett“ das wir dann ja benutzen könnten, waren viele fremde Haare. Außerdem gibt es keine Ablage Möglichkeiten im Zimmer. Der „Blick“ in den Patio ist auch maßlos übertrieben, es ist eine 20cm breite Tür, durch die kein Licht kommt in einen Innenhof, der nach Abwasser riecht. Das Zimmer hat extrem muffig und schimmlig gerochen. Lüftungsmöglichkeiten waren nicht gegeben, auch mit der Klimaanlage war der Geruch nicht wegzubekommen.
Se complicó mucho el pago. Si aceptan turistas internacionales deberían asegurar el método de pago. Me confirmaron el número de Nequi y al final la cuenta no existía! La habitación no tenía ni un gancho ni una gaveta para la ropa. La ventana se dañó en seguida cuando la abrí el día que llegamos!! La cocina estaba sucia y mal equipada. La habitación, las sabanas y toallas estaban limpias, el baño por lo general también.

+ Muy limpias las habitaciones y muy seguro, además está cerca de un shopping y la zona donde recogen para ir algunos tours, tuvimos un pequeño percance con el colchón y lo resolvieron de inmediato, algo más a resaltar es la excelente comunicación y que pudimos dejar nuestras maletas luego del checkout ya que nuestro vuelo salía muy tarde y también queremos destacar la fantástica atención del señor Rafa 🩷

- Les chambres sont plus que sommaires, la salle de bain n’était pas bien nettoyée et je trouve spécial le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de personnel du tout du tout. Loin du centre.
