The worst atmosphere ever. I received the rudest and coldest service from the front desk worker i’ve ever received in any hostel or hotel alike. Business tip: don’t let people with zero customer service or personable skills be the face of your business. Definitely will not be returning.

This was the worst hostel l've ever stayed at. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and made us wait unnecessarily during both check-in and check-out, showing no interest in helping guests. The uncomfortable atmosphere and poor service make this place one to avoid entirely.

First hostel ever you have to make your own bed. Linens are in your locker when you get there. Rooms smell awful. There are no quite hours so people were talking and taking calls in the room at 1 am and 3 am. They clean common areas but never saw anyone clean the dorms. Can't use the kitchen until 830 am so if you have early plans or flight you're screwed. Weird vibe in general.

We wanted a clean and intimate hostel and we got it. Bed super comfy and intimate because of the curtains. However, we rarely saw an employee working. They were never at the reception when we needed it. Breakfast kind of expensive and it was tough to find an employee to pay. Literally no social life. But perfect if you want to only sleep there and visit de city.

Not sure I understand how this hostel is so high rated. No atmosphere at all, staff were very cold and unwelcoming, up charges for towels, luggage storage, and more. On the plus side, room was very clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom. However, very thin walls and noise carried through the entire building.

It is very clean and quiet there, but you feel like in a ghost town, far from the center, no VIBES at all like its dead

Weird vibe. Not social at all. No one in common spaces. Staff was fine but the overall vibe was just a bit standoffish

Solo travelers beware!! This is NOT a social hostel - very few young people. Clean and nice place with comfy beds BUT the kitchen, common room, and rooftop all close at 11:30!! No planned social activities and very hard to meet people.

While the overall stay was fine, the policy of locking all communal areas around 11:00 PM significantly hinders the guest experience. This complete closure prevents remote workers and night owls from utilizing common spaces for work, meals, or relaxation during late hours. Providing 24-hour access to at least one designated area is essential for meeting the needs of all travelers.

Hostel is clean, but the rules are wrongly written on Hostel World's website. You must checkin before 9pm. I discovered this after my reservation, I called the hostel and they told me I should arrive before 9pm, cause there is no 24H reception. I needed to change my train in order to arrive at the correct time. Some hours before my arrival, I received an WhatsApp message saying that I should checkin before 8pm! It was very stressful and their answer was saying that they wrote it wrong on whatsap

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at! Staff was incredibly lovely and the place was modern and clean :)

They have really nice kitchen and enough public space! It’s a bit far from the old town center(10min walk) but it’s really nice for stay.

Allez-y les yeux fermés! Rien à redire!

Highly recommend! The location and the facilities are perfect. Bed is very comfortable as well. The staffs are nice and helpful:))

10 de 10, excelente sitio, todo muy limpio, personal muy amable, amplias zonas comunes. Lo recomiendo mil y más veces.

Very Nice place to stay. The only problem is the kitchen closes and open only at 8:30am. If you feel like making a tea before bed, eating or having breakfast early you can’t. Besides of that it’s all very good.

We had a really enjoyable stay, perfect in every way!
