Westend Hostel

worst hostel ever! staff that didn’t speak english. people were smoking inside, we felt super unsave with the other guests (it's mainly grown up man who live there) we thought we had bedbugs but they didnt care at all. the garden smelt like urine, it was really dirty and they had no soap to wash your hands. the showers couldn't close completely and the commonroom was really dirty and dark. didnt feel safe enough to leave our bags

There are bed bugs!!! The hotel doesn't change the sheets, they are dirty, the pillows are smelly, the people staying are mixed, like a refugee camp, there is a small stove, but no kitchen utensils, it is very dirty. The staff can't speak English at all and it's hard to communicate. The bunk beds are noisy.

The jungle atmosphere...bed bugs...daily disturbance...police always in the building... neighbors are terrible...
