+ Lo único por sacar algo bueno porque no merece la pena es la limpieza.

- Empezando con que es la peor experiencia que tuve en hoteles en todo este tiempo que llevo viajando..he viajado a varios países dentro y fuera de Europa pero el peor servicio fue de este hotel… la recepcionista fue muy borde y racista dejando a la chica de recepción aparte hablando del director del hotel que no se preocupa de sus uespedes que si están bien o todo va bien le importa una m”””.bueno una larga historia que tuve con este hotel y la publicar vía TikTok… el agua caliente ni funciona las luces vamos mejor no entrar a duchar de noche porque no se ve nada las luces no funcionan todo esto aparte y con el dinero que hemos pagado y no estaba incluido el desayuno y ni está en el centro de la ciudad es una estafa de hotel.

- -Taxa de oraș, - taxa de parcare, dacă rezervarea este prin Booking și nu prin ei, respectiv suma de 15 euro pe zi și nu în fața hotelului. Dacă parcarea hotelului, din incinta lui este plina, sunt nevoiți sa parcați pe strada. -Taxa de turist, conform angajatei de la recepție. - Neinformarea faptului ca prin plata în euro, nu in forinti, ni se va percepe un comision de 15 euro - o lipsa totala de respect per total din partea unei angajate de la recepția hotelului, cât și din partea managerului, cu care am discutat la telefon și a vorbit sub orice critica cu mine. - baia camerei noastre sub orice critica - angajații de la curatenie ne-au intrat în camera, doar sa schimbe sacii de gunoi și sa ne mute bagajele. Nu ne-au schimbat prosoapele, nu nimic, pe scurt, au intrat fără voia noastră, nu ne-a întrebat nimeni.

- Noise, doors with cracks, any conversation is heard as if in your own room, there is no silence. There was no soap in the bathroom, no shampoo in the shower.

+ Были клопы , целую ночь не спали , громко разговаривали на коридоре посетители до 2.00 ночи . Ужасно , остались укусы , клопов.

- Было ужасно,очень шумно, и лазят клопы,мы не спали почти, от силы 2-3 часа так как были очень сильно усталые после дороги 😡

+ We disnt stay there cause plans changed.

- I tried contacting the staff about changing plans but they did not respond at all. A shame!

+ the person at the reception was nice, and the area is quiet

- the bed was broken on the left side. impossible to sleep in. furniture is old, room quite dirty and full of spiders & mosquitoes. we requested another room but they said the hotel is fully booked, so we just didn't sleep. absolutely terrible experience.

- Camere piccolissime, struttura vecchia, molto lontano dal centro colazione scarsa

- Nagyon kicsi fürdő , zuhanyzóba egy nagyobb méretű ember, kismama szinte be se fér Reggeli is csalódás volt nagyon kevés vot a választék.... Az ágy az egyedüli pozitívum az kényelmes volt.

+ Rendben volt minden!

- A Tv-t nem tudtuk működésbe hozni, de ez nem okozott nagyobb gondot 😁

- Девушка блондинка у стойки в субботу 28 марта 2026г. в 6 часов утра очень неуважительно обошлась со мной и с моими родственниками. Вела себя высокомерно, в глаза при общении не смотрела и явно показывала своё недовольство за опоздание на 5 мин. Такое хамское поведение по отношению к клиентам прошу не оставлять без внимания. Очень не профессионально. Такой персонал портит имидж отеля. Улыбайтесь и радуйтесь жизни. Всем добра.

+ Hotel que cumple con las necesidades, el desayuno cumple, queda un poco retirado de las actividades en Budapest pero no está lejos de estación de metro y de paradas de autobus

+ For sure the location is perfect, quiet, but at the same time close to "Népliget" bus station and also to a metro station. The room size is enough, and I really appreciated the fridge in the room.

- Shower... definitely in room 24. Barely could get in the shower and I am not a big person, only tall. The entrance is just way too small, the shower is elevated and deep. Could be difficult for some people.

+ Hotel dobry do podróży służbowej. Bezpłatny parking, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Jest winda. Czajnik w pokoju, suszarka w łazience. Cicho i spokojnie. Pokoje ok, oceniam 4/5. Panie z obsługi mówią trochę po angielsku.

- Nie ma wody mineralnej w pokojach. Ściany cienkie i słychać rozmowy po sąsiedzku.

+ Paturile au fost foarte confortabile. Ne-am odihnit bine.
