   A wonderful stay as always; see previous reviews! Private sauna, spa bath, view of the old town, highly recommend room 507! Check-in and check-out quick and easy, was able to leave my luggage for free on the last day. Everything in the room worked properly, no issue with figuring out the sauna (instructions are provided). The mini-fridge sounded like it wasn't plugged in but it was definitely working so I guess it's just really really quiet which was nice. I also really liked the cleaning service; maybe a bit lax for some as they didn't actually clean anything but I loved how non-intrusive they were, usually at other hotels they meddle with your belongings and stuff can go missing but here they just changed the towels and replenished the toilet rolls and left my things alone which is all I wanted! Other guests could be a bit rowdy and loud but not really a problem as the hotel provides earplugs, already left in your room so you don't even have to request them. Brilliant hotel, wish I could have stayed longer So nearly perfect but the bed sagged pretty badly in the middle (well, in the middle of one of the two mattresses pushed together to form a double) so it was difficult to get comfortable and the room itself is a bit tatty as the hotel is getting on and could do with freshening up, that's the only reason this isn't a 10/10 review, but for the price I paid it's still worth a 9/10 and I'd stay here again! Also two singles being pushed together to make a double means you get two separate duvets which would be useful for couples!

   The location I was booking a room for 2 with 2 separate beds. I got a double bed (luckily it was made out of 2 single beds). I went to the receptionist to ask if it's possible to get 2 separate beds as it was what i TRIPLE CHECKED while booking and i got a negative response with excuses that the hotel is fully booked (which i understand) and not possible to give us a different room (which i didn't ask, i just asked to call someone to separate the beds). As the receptionist said she was the only person of the staff left in the building and she can't do anything with that. I asked the approval of separating the beds ourself and got a positive response on that. (Which is not what we expected to do after 4+ hours on the road) But would appreciate the hotel more if the clients wishes would be taken in consideration and the type of the room/booking wouldn't be changed. This is a Rixwell problem overall as i get it. Otherwise was a quiet place with good sound isolation. Even tho is the center of Tallinn i didn't hear any people outside or near the elevator (the room was right next to it ,but it was super quiet which is nice)

    飯店很復古，提早抵達櫃台人員讓我們提早入住。早餐也還不錯。地點就在老城入口很方便。
