Gspot Hostels & Love Triangles Pizzeria

Bathroom was really gross with nowhere to put your stuff. The floors were covered in sludge. The shower drain is clogged so the water brings the sludge up to your feet even with shower shoes. Room was cramped. Most importantly, I woke up with bites on my body so there must be bed bugs.

El A/C no funciona en ninguna parte del hostal. Una habitación tenía plaga de chinches.

Some ppl had problem with bed bugs

There were bedbugs, which was a very stressful experience and the hostel did not seem to take it seriously. I was able to move rooms but was not offered a refund for the discomfort. I was severely affected by the outbreak and reached out to the hostel to raise concerns with their handling and have been met with silence which is very disappointing.

Bedbugs attacked me . And cost me 3 days scratchy, some clothes. When i told them they said they gonna change the sheets , but change the sheets did not help !!! Overall i’m not going to give them one star

The staff was very nice, but I did have some issues on the cleanliness. I definitely had bedbugs (though I did inform the staff, and we looked and didn’t see anything however I still was getting bitten up every night a bunch and it definitely wasn’t mosquitoes) and the showers did not drain well so the floor was constantly wet.

On my stay at the hostel it was very nice and social. Bathrooms flood so make sure you bring flip flops with you. Staff are very friendly and helpful! A staff with glasses helped me with my luggage all the way to the second floor. Overall, made lifelong memories and friends at the hostel 🫶🏼. (One of my roommates complained about being bitten at night and it could’ve been Bed Bugs AND another friend in the first floor also complained about having Bed Bugs… I personally did not but be careful.)

Bed bugs!!!! It's a really serious situation and it can destroy your holidays!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!

Muy buena ubicación y el personal con atención amable y atentos. Lo malo es la limpieza del lugar, por falta de buena limpieza encontré bed-bugs en la litera y había mucha suciedad alrededor. Perdieron mi toalla y casi pierden mis sandalias también.

A acomodação estava muito suja, os banheiros sujos com crostas de sujeira, além do chuveiro ser ou pelando ou muito gelado não tem meio termo. E estou com alergia, estou cheia de picadas de percevejos, provavelmente as roupas de cama não eram trocadas. No último dia da estadia quando cheguei falaram que meu quarto foi detetizado, e por conta do cheiro poderia ir para outro quarto… Porem estavam cheios, não suportando eu e minha irmã. Fiquei lá por conta das avaliações positivas, porém deixei-me enganar. Não revolto e não recomendo.

I didn't like the bedbugs. Most of the hostel had bedbugs. The staff working there provided me with a full refund and were friendly. However.. the volunteers were rude, sarcastic and loud. We had to sleep in the lobby while they decided to laugh and joke about us but also in a sarcastic way try to help us. So.. wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Came home with bedbug bites! Stuff is friendly, location nice, but the rooms are a mess!

At my last night here, I was bitten by bed bugs and it seems that other people are too. The place was really dirty, the cleaning lady is really putting an effort but people that stay and the old bed sheets are the nightmare.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place must be shut down, I discovered bed bugs and learned they have had them for weeks and knowingly kept the place open continuing to let new guests in. Multiple other guests across the 3 floors found up to 10 bed bugs in the baggage. This place is truly a health hazard. Beyond the knowing negligence of the management preferring profit over our safety, the place smelled horrible and air conditioning was ineffective and loud. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Two words . BED BUGS!!!. place was crawling with them and for weeks. We found bed bugs on all of our beds. The staff didn't seem to care at all. But that's not all. The whole place was filthy. The fridge looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, with old food rotting away and the bathrooms were just as bad – open, grimy, and downright disgusting.worst hotel i stayed in in Europe just awful standards all around the people i met were great we moved to safestay over the road which was great.

bed bugs. I have horrible bites all over my body days after, because they were prevelent enough to get in my bag and clothes. I see responses from the hostel saying 'This is a problem that happens with every single accommodation who gets a lot of guests like hotels for example, they bringa from different places and spread them around, it is very unfortunate but common hospitality'. I don't know--I've stayed in a lot of hostels and never had this. Get your s*** together. Clean up.

I have encountered bed bugs during my stay in the hostel. The staff couldn't get me another bed since it was "fully booked" and the manager wasn't there to talk with me when I went to the front desk to enquire about the issue. They politely told me that they couldn't give me another bed and I could email them to inquire about a refund/compensation for the misfortune I've experienced, but I haven't gotten an answer back yet.

Au courant de notre séjours au Gspot nous avons remarqué quelques piqûres ressemblant à des piqûres de punaises de lit. Nous en avons parlé avec d’autres personnes dans notre dortoir et ces derniers se sont avéré avoir aussi des piqûres. Suite au séjour, nous prenons les mesures nécessaires afin d’éviter la propagation et nous avons vu une punaise de lit dans notre linge. Soyez prudent. L’emplacement est bien, personnel très gentil. Espace limité dans les dortoirs, un peu à l’étroit.

Bed bugs! I woke up after my first night with a couple of bites on my arm and thought it must be a mosquito because my bunk was next to a window. Then two nights later my back had about 13 red lifted spots on it. I did some googling and turns out they were bed bug bites. When I told the front desk upon check out they seemed uninterested until I showed them pictures of my back. Still though they said “thanks for letting us know” and that was that. DO NOT STAY HERE

Bed bugs prevalent in hostel with no warning from staff. Should be taken more seriously.

Decent hostel at a great location however, my bed was infested with bed bugs. For compensation they only offered free drinks or food which was disappointing.

They have a bedbug problem and knowingly spread it to new visitors. I had asked for a new mattress, which they initially said they would bring. Then they moved me to the next bed over and said the mattress would come eventually. After a while i realized they just rented the bed to someone unsuspecting without cleaning or replacing it. It’s unethical—for example I am allergic to bedbugs and can end up in the hospital. A shame bc the staff were so pleasant and cool. The owner should be ashamed.

DO NOT STAY HERE BED BUGS!! Found bed bugs on and under my bed. Staff moved me to another room but I found out the next day they put someone in my old bed??? Another girl had bites all over her and the staff laughed … worst hostel I’ve stayed at by far

BEDBUGS!!! WORST HOSTEL I’VE EVER STAYED AT!!! My bed had bedbugs and the hygiene in general was really bad. If you go on Worldpacker a girl writes that the cleaning stuff told her to turn pillow cases inside out if there’s not enough clean ones left. The staff was really unfriendly. I didn’t even get a full refund, because the manager said they lost business, because I got a new bed. The hostel is not ecological at all! Breakfast consists of muffins, individually wrapped in plastic - unhealthy

Bed Bugs, Zero privacy, Uncomfortable squeaky beds, Awkward kitchen, Dirty bathrooms and showers. There are much better hostels for cheaper, I've noticed Europe uses 'party hostel' to justify it being dirty and poorly maintained.
