   Omgeving Am very disappointed we come to Dubai every year, and this was the second time in The tower plaza.This time it was a very bad service, I am talking about the front desk staff.  On arrival we were helped by a very unfriendly person.  When we checked out, we were not even asked about our stay, and were not even helped with our bags.  You have a pay and go policy.  Very bad I think The tower plaza is not worthy of a five star.  We will never book you again.  I will also report this to booking .com

   Great location. Clean. Staff very helpful but the restaurant staff kept approaching us to go online and leave good reviews about them. Spa not finished. Lifts took a long time. Being asked all times to go online and leave good reviews

   Staff are very nice and helpful ,I want to thank Lucie in restaurant ,she is helpful . Unfortunately Television not working for 2 days ,and the 3th day I have asked to change the room ;it's not acceptable for a 5 stars Hotel .

   Location Hi, I’m sending this message to express my disappointment about the room you provided to my family. After 5 days if I hadn’t noticed they still living in the small room although I paid for a premium king room. After calling several times and raising the issue with hotel reception and I told them that I would leave a bad review everywhere they quickly changed the room. I’m your regular customer and when my family arrived I contacted reception and asked them to look after my family as they can speak your language nor English. This is absolutely disappointing what you do to your regular customers and this is not right. I’m coming to Dubai on the 29 of February and I’m seeking an answer. Thanks Simon

   Nothing Rooms are so dated there was even exposed wires from a hanging light, headboards had claw marks on them, you can guess why. Bathrooms are moldy and everywhere smells of disinfectant in and out of the rooms. Dated hotel needs a serious refurbishment and a shed load of money spent on it from head to toe. Safes don't work, the rooms smelt of smoke as if someone was smoking in them. I know because I asked to be moved rooms twice in the first night and every room is dated and old and needs tlc, I didn't feel safe as a solo female traveller either. The pool is in another hotel in the 12 th floor! No note of this on thier website and all the great reviews are suspicious and not genuine.

   I truly loved my stay at Tower Plaza Hotel , so much that I even wanted to extend it! Unfortunately I couldn’t, but I’ll definitely be back. I was kindly upgraded to a Premier room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room itself felt incredibly luxurious , spacious, very comfortable, beautifully maintained, and with a fantastic view. Everything exceeded my expectations. The reception team, housekeeping, and room service staff were genuinely warm and helpful, not just doing their jobs out of obligation. Their kindness really made the stay special. There were a few areas that could improve. The restaurant felt quite small and consistently crowded — as a solo traveler, I sometimes had to wait around 10 minutes to find a table. The food was decent but not particularly memorable, and the restaurant staff seemed quite stressed and less welcoming compared to the rest of the hotel team. There was also an issue with the TV in my room. After reporting it, I had to call twice before someone came. The first visit didn’t resolve the issue, and when it was eventually adjusted, I was only shown the basic controls without guidance on the smart features. It felt slightly uncoordinated. Additionally, when I ordered food, I was asked to come down to the lobby to collect it. In other five-star hotels I’ve stayed at, food deliveries are typically brought up to the room as a courtesy. While this may be hotel policy, it felt slightly inconvenient and not fully aligned with the otherwise premium experience. Overall, despite a few service gaps, I had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
