Found bed bugs and silverfish in the bed sheets and pillows were yellow

Had I known it was a backpacker's hostel I would not have booked it. The information on booking.com is misleading. There should be a photo of the exterior of the building to give an idea of what the place is really like. The receptionist was rude. The room had an unpleasant smell to it and the bed and bedding left me paranoid about bed bugs.
