Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hostel. My bed was infested with bed bugs, and I woke up covered in bites, with more than 10 on one arm alone. The only solution was moving me from a 6-bed to an 8-bed dorm unless I paid more. I couldn’t speak to the manager or any supervisor, and my refund request was refused. It completely ruined my trip. I had to book another hostel at my own expense. When I warned other guests, the receptionist told them I was lying despite the bites on my arm.
