Bedbugs! We found bedbugs after the first night, the staff found a new room but there were still bedbugs. That's why we chose to book check out two days earlier. They wouldn't compensate for that. Disgusting experience, look out for them if you're going to stay at C'HOUSE in Bangkok

Yeah look, not great. As I was packing to leave I unfortunately found bed bugs. Upon notifying staff of my observation, zero accountability was taken. When requesting compensation I was denied. They did allow for me to wash my belonging. Con- - No lockers- forcing you to have your bags in your bed. - Mouldy bathrooms - Air con turned off 1100-1400 - Zero social activities initiated by hostel - No free towel Pro- - Location pretty good in a local - Free breakfast - close to metro

-Bedbugs! -whole place stinks of unwashed socks -placed in a seedy train station area full of stray animals and trash -bathrooms heavily overused, reek of spray to cover up the sewer smell -"common room" is a TV corner with a couch and television "Rooftop" is an overpriced bar thats not actually part of the hostel, just owned by the same people (wink wink) -therefore zero social -no AC excpt for the rooms ,Which gets switched off between 11:00-14:00! -AC set to 24° remotely, too hot to...

I wasn’t there for more than five hours. When I discovered a bedbug and reported it to the reception, the man came to remove it and told me that housekeeping would change my bed the next day. When I eventually said I wanted to leave, I still had to pay for the entire night.

The beds are comfy - that’s the only plus. My room was next to the common area where anybody cand watch Netflix at any time, which seems nice at first - the problem is that you can hear everything in the room, there is no sound proofing - reason why I couldn’t get any sleep. The staff seemed bored at all times.

Honestly, I don't understand the positive comments. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and avoid eye contact. Getting the WiFi password was a hassle, and it barely works. Rooms lack ventilation, and the common area stinks from the sink, laundry, or bathrooms. The location is far from the center, not walkable. No paper towels in bathrooms; people use toilet paper. The hostel is a building under construction, in the common area there is no AC and it's like to stay in a oven. I didn't feel safe during the night in the area of the hostel.

Très chouette endroit bien situé. Cependant la manager a des réactions un peu douteuses et peu rassurantes lorsqu’on lui rapporte qu’un homme vivant dans l’hostel a eu des propos et des actes plus que problématiques avec des femmes.

came back to this hostel 3 times now, the beds are the comfiest beds and it’s a clean cosy environment! the staff are lovely and it’s so close to the metro!

Decent hostel. Great beds but the location is questionable and, if you are unlucky as to which bed you are assigned, you may have lack of privacy due to placement of curtains or you may be too close to reception. Not a bad stay at all though.

Really lovely staff and perfectly clean and air con rooms. Not social but just what we wanted and great location

Loved it here!! Super friendly staff comfy beds. Only thing I’d say that could be improved is breakfast- more variety would be nice!! But overall, great place to stay :)

great place to stay. really comfortable beds with a locker and light! massive common area, study space downstairs and free breakfast! staff are great and there's always a nice vibe around the place

Amazing hostel! One of my favorite so far! Clean facilities, lots a great showers and toilets, the free breakfast is really good as well and the common areas are big and comfy. The staff was AWESOME as well, lots of free activities like Thai class, cooking class, pub crawls and visits of the city which my friends and I really liked. Overall 10/10 stay I would definitely come again if I am in Bangkok!

I loved C’House was my first stop in Thailand. Good location, metro link is 2 min walk so easy to use & takes you anywhere in the city. The staff were so friendly & organized a fun pub crawl. A very chill hostel which was really nice. The rooms are very spacious with great AC. Very clean :) Highly recommend.

Nice place, lovely staff. Location is a little strange but central enough.

Beds were so comfy! Biggest space I have had in a dorm for bed and bags. Showers and toilets in the hall were always clean and well stocked. Card for door so felt pretty safe. Nearby a train station but I biked everywhere. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast is basic & do yourself but a nice added bonus. Good working space for those working away too.

the perfect hostel for starting your trip so welcoming not too far from the main spots and staff are so helpful and kind big shout out to view she showed us around taught us lots and really made our trip !! 10/10 would recommend

More airconditioning in shower/ reception area would be nice. The music in the mornings 7am is abit annoying when trying to rest. The girl View with the tattoos and glasses was super awesome and showed me alot about the city and the culture. The atmosphere was good and the rooftop was awesome would be great if they reopened the bar on the rooftop.
