- Não gostei da forma como o funcionário me tratou muito mal

- Checking later the reviews (see "lowest score" on booking.com) I realised that what happened to me was maybe not only bad luck. Rude staff (sure not everyone, but I did not meet, sorry) and bad management are not so unusual. I arrived at 11 pm (as I announced in advance), door closed, no one was at the reception. During more than 20 minutes I rang the bell, called, looked around, tried to contact the propriety by phone. Nothing! After more than 20 min. a guy appeared, no greeting, no, smile, I feel really not welcomed. I complained this is not normal ... he just answered i had to ring the bell (sic.!). I was really not happy about it and i told him. His answer? If you do not like you can go! Ok, I'll go but give me the money back I have already paid in advance. Nothing. At that moment, I put the video mode on my phone and I asked him to confirm what he said. He got crazy: "i will not give the money back, delete the video!". I refuse to stop or delete the video and he aggressed me (physically!), tried to take the phone, took from my pocket some cards and documents. I tried to keep quiet, but at the end he pushed me out of the propriety and he closed the door. I ended at midnight alone in a dark small road. Fortunately after 100 m walking around in the night two very nice Thais helped me. I went back to the airport and reported the facts (with video) to the police, they were impressed and desappointed. They contact the management, I got a message of apologies in the night, they would pay all the caused expenses ... and they ask to delete the viedeo!! Main goal! I was too tired for more, I thanked the police for help. As I expected, no more positive news from the management, I am still waiting for refund ... but I did not delete the video. Below 2 photos out of the video ("go, go, go" just before the aggression and "happy you are out, door closed!).

- The staff is super Rude i checked in about 10pm he was so mad the i didnt see the key card just was outside that just tapes with name.. He just left me at the reception area no. Hi or hello. He said the key was just there then left! Its not normal! If dont like ypur job then just find somewhere you dont with people.

- This hostel is owned by a couple of hoodlum low life losers. They were deceptive, vile, foul, abusive, and even violent during my stay. They falsely advertised on Booking that they offer breakfast. In the morning when I came down to ask about breakfast, the guy said that they haven’t served breakfast in a long time and that I should have received an email from Booking regarding no breakfast. I said that I didn’t receive such email and why do they advertise breakfast and not offer it? The big fat filthy looking owner got embarrassed that I called him out and suddenly went into an out of control rage and insisted that I should have received the email. He then when into his Booking account and sent me the no breakfast email himself. His rage continued. Check out time is not until 12pm which is when cleaning should start. He sent staff to clean the room at 9am when I was the last guest in the room. He came into the room with his anger and started saturate the room with excessive amount of room fresheners to suffocate me with the intention to kick me out early. I was chocking with the amount of toxic fumes so I told him to stop spraying. He screamed at me that it is natural product. I opened the room door to release some of the fumes. He janked the door from my hand saying that the AC is on. Seeing that he was so aggressive and out of control and his big fat nasty size was towering over my 5 foot petite middle aged woman, I was fearful for my safety. When he left, I pushed the bed against the door to jam it while packing to leave. although they give out room key, the lock doesn’t work and the door stay unlocked. He returned and his rage had escalated even more when he realized that the door was jammed. He pushed the door violently and repeatedly causing all kinds of damages. He called for backup from another guy. They managed to break down the door and came at me and grabbed my surgical broken wrist with the cellphone recording what they were doing.

- Yıllardır fırsat buldukça backpacker olarak gezerim 3 kıtada Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü hosteldi. Sabah erken uçuşum vardı ve şehir merkezinden gelmektense havaalanına yakın bir yerde konaklayayım biraz fazla uyurum dedim demez olaydım. Öncelikle yorumlara bakarak seçtim burayı ama kim buraya iyi yorum yapmiş, şaşırdım doğrusu. Odalar zifiri karanlık doğru düzgün aydınlatma yok bunu resepsiyona belirttiğimde olanlar orda diye ters bir cevap aldım ayrıca sadece odalar değil dinlenme alanı olan çatı katı bile aynı şekilde. Karanlığı şöyle anlatayım bölük pörçük uyuduğum 60 70 dakikanın yarısında uyanıp tuvalete gitmek isteyince hiç birşey göremeyip uyku sersemi kör oldum sandım. He tuvalete gelince tuvaletler odanın içinde, yani odadakilerin tuvalet seslerini yatağınızdan duyabilirsiniz ayrıca klozeti o kadar küçük bir yere koymuşlar ki sığamayıp yan oturmak zorunda kaldım. Klozet ve duvar arası tam tamına abartısız bir karış, ayrıca banyoda tuvaletle aynı yerde ve duş aldığınızda istemesenizde her yer su oluyor. Yatağa gelince Ümraniye'de kaldırımda bile yatsanız daha konforlu uyursunuz bu kadar sert bir yatak olamaz sağdan sola dönerken bile bütün odayı saran gürültü çıkarıyor yatak. Ayrıca ranzalarda eski üstünüzde yatan biri hareket etse bile ranzalar titriyor. Yerler eski ve yere basıldımı bile çok gürültü oluyor, klimaya gelirsek Eğer klimayı çalıstırmazsanız sıcakta odada duramazsınız ama eğer çalıştırırsanız leş gibi sesinden uyuyamazsınız bu kadar gürültülü bir klima ben hayatımda görmedim muhtemelen arızalıydı ve tamir ettirmiyorlar. Dış duvarlarda gezen kertenkelelerden vs hiç bahsetmiyorum bile yani demem o ki bu hostel gecelik 500 lira değil 5 lira dahi etmez. Kamboçya'nın köylerinde 2 dolara kaldığım hosteller bile buradan daha iyiydi kıyası siz düşünün. Kimse benim gibi yarı baygın uçağa binmesin diye bu kadar uzun yazdım umarım biri görür ve burayı tercih edecekse etmez.

+ La struttura è abbastanza nuova e sufficientemente isolata acusticamente nonostante la vicinanza dell’aeroporto, anche se è comunque necessario prendere un Taxi per raggiungerlo,

- l’ostello mi aveva contattato preventivamente chiedendomi l’orario di arrivo ma all’orario concordato (00:30) nessuno era presente, ho suonato il campanello come da loro istruzioni ma nessuno si è presentato ad aprire la porta, nemmeno chiamando entrambi i numeri di emergenza esposti sul bancone… dopo 45 min di attesa ho visto che la porta principale in realtà era aperta e guardando tra i loro documenti presenti sulla scrivania, avendo esaurito la pazienza, ho trovato la mia prenotazione con tanto di chiave elettronica attiva che mi ha permesso di entrare in stanza alle 1:30 inoltrate Al mattino seguente erano presenti sue persone alla reception, le quali non si sono nemmeno scusate o hanno menzionato l’imprevisto della sera precedente, così ho riconsegnato la chiave senza dire nulla. (e non mi hanno mai chiesto il passaporto)... Letto scomodo rivestito in pelle con biancheria essenziale (solo coperta). Il mio voto sarebbe stato 7-8 ma ritendo l’accoglienza e la professionalità di una struttura più importanti delle sue effettive condizioni strutturali non posso che dare il minimo voto possibile e sconsigliarne il soggiorno breve o lungo che sia

+ Very dirty and smelly ! They were stain on the bed sheets, hair on the shower and mould on the sink.

- Lack of hygiene 🤢

+ Ein perfekter Platz und doch sehr nahe am internationalen Flughafen. Tolle Terrasse. Mitarbeiter top und extrem hilfsbereit und sprechen sehr gut englisch. Komme immer gerne wieder an diesen Ort vor oder nach einem Flug. Weiter so und bis zum nächsten Mal.

+ Parfait pour une nuit proche de l’aéroport

+ Sólo pasamos una noche ya que necesitabamos un lugar cerca al aeropuerto para un vuelo temprano al otro día, pero la estancia fue muy cómoda. Habitación completa con buena presion de agua, las instalaciones de la azotea con equipamiento para prepararse el desayuno o calentar una comida fueron muy útiles. Personal amable, ofrecen servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo!

+ Lovely staff I had to get my visa renewed them ma at reception helped me print it out I’m heading back to Thailand soon and I will definitely go back to thank him absolute gentleman

+ Останавливался уже не первый раз! Отличное место чтобы подождать своего рейса при длительной пересадки. Одна станция метро и 15 бат. Немного пройти пешком и ты на месте. Всегда приветливый хозяин! На крыше классная терраса, где можно наблюдать за аэропортом! Всё отлично!

+ Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich gleich betreut gefühlt.

- The bathroom is a wet room. Although it’s understandable because there’s not much room it still is a bit unpractical.

+ I booked this dorm type hostel because the hostel i initially booked cancelled my room at the last minute without notice. Thankfully this hostel had vacancy and the price didn't cost difference isn't that high. I only had to stay for a few hours before I had to leave by an hour past midnight for my flight, and had a peaceful sleep during those hours. The person at the lobby was super friendly and accommodating.
