BED STATION Hostel Ratchthewi

- I’ve been here couple of time already and always had the great stay. But this time everything about this place is nothing but disappointment. First of all, the room on 3rd floor i stayed has the very serious strong smell which is like the smell of sweat. you know if you know. The smell is lingering in the room. The management do nothing to get rid of it. Due to the high demand, the hostel also can’t offer the replacement. So i had to sleep with my mask on. Even then the smell don’t disappeared and Im suffocating on my own bed. The staff on night duty is no help at all. He don’t understand or can’t communicate with me. The best they did for me is giving me the air freshener :) I know the management can do better for this since they are already aware of that smell problem. Now i am having a second thought about staying here again. May be never! This place was a really great place

- On November 6, around 11:50 am , I come, there are a man and a woman in the reception. The man is very rude to me! I ask a question, his attitude is very impatient, aggressive! Super rude to customers! I want to stay here for a month at first, but I decide to stay only 1 night and check out tomorrow because of him.

- 整體上是10分不滿，第二天直接離開沒有入住，請預訂的人訂前三思，原因如下： 1. 房間太太吵，很大車聲，整晚也沒有睡, 淩晨時份也有很大車聲, 有耳塞也聽得到, 我住5A-5, 因此我立即換地方離開 2. 晚上9時前左右check-in, 前枱罵我說太晚ck-in, 態度一般, 其實我下午12時已經跟前台人員交代大概9點ck-in, 前台人員說可以 3. 浴室髒 4. 床鋪太硬, 枕頭太高, 很不舒服 5. 床墊髒

- 房間氣味不好聞，有霉味體味混雜味道，櫃檯的妹妹服務態度很不親切，另一位弟弟好多了

+ ที่พักดีมาก สะดวกสบายทุกอย่าง ทั้งสถานที่ อาหาร พนักงาน ความสะดวกในการเดินทาง เตียงนอนสบายมาก ชอบตรงที่มีลิฟต์ ทำให้ไม่ต้องลากกระเป๋าเดินทางขึ้นลงบันไดหลายชั้น ถึงจะเป็นห้องน้ำรวม แต่ก็สะอาดและกว้างมาก และมีให้ใช้หลายห้อง ไม่ต้องแย่งกัน ด้านหน้าปากซอยมีร้านสะดวกซื้อทั้ง 2 ฝั่งและของกินเยอะมาก โดยรวมแล้วชอบทุกอย่าง และจะไปพักอีกแน่นอน
