+ Heel dichtbij de Blue Line gelegen.ook maar 15 minuten stappen tot Makkasan als je de trein naar de luchthaven moet nemen. Net hotel, alles wit wat een fijn ruimte gevoel geeft. Eenmaal binnen moet je schoeisel uit. Vriendelijk 500 thb borg voor de sleutel. Water gratis verkrijgbaar en waterkoker in beneden ruimte. Douche artikelen aanwezig. Handdoeken en lakens goed gewassen. Kamer is goed te verduisteren met de gordijnen. Goed werkende airco. Voldoende stopcontacten en een haardroger en een fles gefilterd water in de kamer.
- Een gehorig gebouw. Via de gang komt vele geluid binnen naast het geluid van buiten. Maar dat laatste is normaal gezien de ligging. Ik had snachts lawaai van buurmeisjes die laat thuis kwamen. Eens op de muur geklopt dat ze moeten stil zijn maar hielp niet. Zeer slechte matras! Zeer hard! Ik kon niet slapen en overal pijn. Als je er op duwt kan je de matras zelfs niets indrukken. Bijna al nacht en naar de receptie gebeld en ze gaven me een topper en andere dunne matras om er op te leggen. Alles werd ook op de grond gelegd. Maar het was maar een klein beetje beter. Beslist om elders te boeken en na 1 van de 2 betaalde nachten te vertrekken. Ik had een kamer voor 1 persoon met een bed in de hoogte met ladder. Heel onpraktisch. De kamer is groot genoeg om dit bed laag te houden. Als je in je kamer wil zitten en iets lezen moet je dus of klimmen of op een harde stoel recht zitten. Ik ben 1m80 en kon enkel in bed zitten als ik onderuit gezakt zat op het bed want bij recht zitten raakt mijn hoofd het plafond. Niet praktisch dat het smalle tafeltje onder het bed staat en de stoel ook. Ik heb dit er uit geschoven. Ik zou hier zeker niet terug gaan. Ze probeerden bij uitchecken me te overtuigen te blijven en nog een ander bed te geven. Maar ik betaalden al voor een andere plaats waar ik zeker was goed te slapen.
+ Hotel was generally clean and looked nice. Good location, near to a metro line. Breakfast was quite good and the shower products were great. The actual hotel is fine as somewhere to stay.
- Similar to other reviews, the hotel took issue with some small marks on the floor towel which would easily wash out. White towels will get marks and if precious about it then perhaps the owner should change the colour of the towels. Feels petty and ends the stay with a bad feeling. A deposit is taken on arrival, which is not mentioned on the listing. Shoeless policy is fine, but not clear and feels as though the staff tell you off if unaware. Occasions when the bathroom would smell of sewage.
I paid for 2 nights but had such a bad feeling at check-in that I didn't even get to the room. Their policy meant that I was on the hook for 2 nights but I was happy to get out of there. The issues were around being locked out while staff stood inside and ignored me, their insistence on a phone number (which I don't have for a few days), the refund policy, repeat requests for a booking number even though they had my reservation (she knew my name), etc. You might love it. I did not!

- The double room was next to a small alley, and there was a lot of noise from cargo transport all night long.

+ The place is in a good location, very close to MRT station, shopping mall and night market, some 7-eleven shops. 15 minutes walk from Airport Rail Link. Interior design is aesthetic and consistent, both in the common parts and in the rooms. My room was very clean. Mosquito net in the window was a good idea. Shared kitchen located downstairs was well-equipped and clean. Free water dispenser was a plus.
- The quality of service - first surprise was that my room wasn't ready for me (check-in was from 14:00 till 00:00, I arrived around 17:30 and had to wait about an hour for my room to be available). Another surprise: on my second day there one of the staff members followed me on the stairs to my floor, she called me "mister" and asked me if she can enter my room to count the cloth hangers - like I was going to steal them or sth? You don't do such things when the room is occupied. Employees speak rather poor english and sometimes it's difficult to understand them. Layout of the room was impractical - lots of free space but lack of even a small cupboard/shelves to put your stuff in. There was only one hanger rack, but no furniture to store other things than those you can place on cloth hangers. Really awful view from my window - high, dirty wall and some kind of metal roof just under my windowsill (the sound of rain falling on the roof does not let you sleep with open window - the alternative is to use old, loud air conditioner). I don't know who came up with the idea that a metal, angular ladder for a bunk bed would be cool - I truly love bunk beds, but after climbing that kind of ladder I had bruises on my legs. I was surprised there was no fridge in the room, not even the smallest one, and there was none on my floor - I had to go to the ground level, to the shared kitchen, to put in or take some of my food/beverages from the fridge. I've slept in less expensive places in Bangkok and I got much better quality there.
+ The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean and quiet and had everything you could need. The coffee and meal I got for breakfast from the onsite cafe was excellent.
- The bed and the pillow were very hard making for a restless attempt at sleep.
+ Schönes, hell gestaltetes Hostel mit Einzelzimmern. Kostenfreies Trinkwasser. Zimmer und andere Bereiche waren sauber. Günstige Möglichkeit zu waschen. Lage ist ok, 10 Min von der Blue Line.
- Bett ist durchgelegen, deswegen sehr hart. Unser Zimmer war ganz oben, 5. Stock. Sobald die Klimaanlage aus war, wurde es stickig. Klimaanlage zeigt direkt auf das Bett. Über uns, auf dem Dach, waren große Tanks und es waren durchgehend Pumpgeräusche zu hören. Nachts haben wir Ohrstöpsel genutzt.

+ This was the second time I stayed here. This time I had a double room (303), which was very clean, nicely decorated and with a large double bed with a good mattress. I stayed here again mostly because of the nice minimalist atmosphere in combination with good quality rooms, and the MRT and shopping mall nearby.
- My room was adjacent a small alley, where noisy metal carts drove through at all times of the night, so I needed earplugs. The bathroom smelled of drains. But despite these negative points I would definitely stay here again.

+ The location is good, close to MRT Rama 9. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was perfect—not too soft and not too firm. There is also a nice common area to relax in.
- Our room was on the 5th floor, and there is no elevator. If you are traveling with young children or the elderly, I highly recommend contacting the property in advance to request a lower floor.

- Common space is upgraded, new and clean.
+ Nice industrial atmosphere. There is a kitchen you can use and a coworking space. I had a twin room, which was very clean. The mattress is very firm but this was no issue for me. Staff is very friendly. MRT and shopping mall are very nearby.
- Upon arrival they asked me to complete the check-in via a link provided, which I felt was a bit cumbersome.
+ Die Lage an MRT und Rama 9 Mall, wo es einen guten foodcourt gibt. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es mehrere gute kleine Coffeeshops, einen 711 und abends zwei kleine Obststände. Unten im Lobby/Küchenbereich kann man sich gut aufhalten, es gibt einen Wasserkocher, mehrere große Tische und ein Sofabereich. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert und das Zimmer war sehr sauber.
- Self-Check In und Check Out war etwas kompliziert, weil es nicht gut funktioniert hat

- 1. 入住前被要求填寫的Pre-checkin系統非常難用，系統無法辨識姓名和姓氏（last name），還沒真正入住就已經被它搞得心力交瘁 2. 房間門口的密碼鎖，如果沒有人指導，一般人根本不會使用，我被它困住很久 3. 進大門要脫鞋，但指標太不起眼，第一次根本不會留意
+ 房間超級漂亮，床不是很軟，但是我喜歡偏硬的床，一覺到天亮！服務人員很親切還幫我們搬行李，距離MRT 很近吃東西也方便，兩人房有小陽台，晾衣服很快就乾，有需要可以用付費洗烘衣機
- 要在飯店網站辦理入住、退房，填很多資料比較麻煩；住宿附近在施工比較吵一點
