Annex Copenhagen

The staff, literally nothing else. It‘s a dump. We had bedbugs in our room. The staff was very helpful and understanding and they confirmed the bedbugs. We found them quickly so the infestation must have been substantial. I guess the other rooms are highly contaminated too. The management clearly needs to do something and probably failed much to take such matters seriously. This needs constant checking and a clear procedure what to do in case a room and their guests are affected. The bedbugs were in the wooden wall frame and I only had stings up there, so they came clearly from the room. And the way how casually they just sat there in the wall frame, tells how many bugs there must be.

Would not advise to stay here, there are bedbugs!! (Floor 4)

Die praktische Lage. Wir hatten Bettwanzen und Bisse am ganzen Körper.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Location is very good. However, the property was not very clean and general upkeep was poor. E.g. curtains were dirty, carpet felt dirty and a leg of the bed was broken. We also got bitten (we’re hoping it’s not bed bugs). There are also much less bathrooms and showers than a typical hostel. There is also no lockers in the room or in any common areas. We also found hairs on our bedding when we first arrived.
