Les axes d'améliorations à apporter selon moi : Faire appliquer et respecter des règles plus strictes dans les chambres car des backpackers rentrent et sortent a n'importe quelle heure de la nuit complètement ivres et réveillent tout le monde...une fille a même vomie en pleine nuit L'isolation est catastrophique les vitres sont en simple vitrage on a l'impression d'être directement dans la rue, pourtant je suis malentendante et appareillée mais je ne les porte pas pour dormir.... Pareil au niveau des murs il n'y a pas d'isolation phonique dès que quelqu'un bouge on entends tout, idem pour les lits... La literie pourrait être améliorée notamment en terme d'espace car on a pas la place de s'asseoir dans le lit à cause du lit du dessus... Un rideau a chaque lit permettrait un peu d'intimité Des règles d'hygiène également sont nécessaires car c'est une catastrophe entre les chaussures qui sentent mauvais dans les chambres, les toilettes monstrueuses, les cheveux partout dans les lavabos et douches... Et surtout l'invasion de punaise de lit (certes l'équipe a ete reactive pour faire intervenir un professionnel mais malheureusement cela n'a pas réglé mon problème) j'ai passé un très mauvais séjour de 10 jours sur place à me faire dévorer par des bêtes, a ne pas pouvoir dormir, à subir le bruit et la fatigue se cumuler....c'est dommage car sans cela le reste serait peut-être mieux passé à mes yeux... Éventuellement ajouter une pièce où les voyageurs pourraient se retrouver entre eux avec coin cuisine micro ondes frigo télé canapé... C'est le gros point noir il n'y a rien a part le pub en bas très bruyant...

The location is great with many bus and subway transportation options. The female staff that checked me in was so unfriendly to the point that it made me hesitate to go down to the pub for drinks. I did end up visiting the pub a few times and the other staff were fine. Expedia listed optional English breakfast for £9.9 but it was £11. The room was very crammed but fine for the price. The bed seemed clean but I got bug bites on my legs. I really hope they aren’t bedbug bites… There is only one light switch for the entire room of 12 with no individual bedside lighting. The lockers are pretty small and you need to bring your own lock or buy one from them. The bathrooms are not super nice but again, fine for the price. You may be uncomfortable as a female though bc the two bathrooms are gym type showers for both genders. The amount of showers was decent, but definitely not enough toilets and sinks for everyone staying. You have to bring your own towel or rent one for £5. The listing said they would have soap, shampoo, and hair dryers but they didn’t. The internet almost never worked. I ended up having to buy an extra eSIM bc of this. Overall it’s okay for the price and location, but I’ll look for somewhere else next time.

The bed was quite dirty, and there were bed bugs. My hands and neck were covered in bites that have been itching for a week. I strongly advise against staying here. When I requested a room change, the staff were unfriendly, making for a very poor experience.

Me and my friend booked 2 Betts at this hostel, after the second night my friend noticed some bites on her skin she decided although to wait one more day in case she wasn't sure what it was. After the 3rd night the bites were a lot more we went to a pharmacy and they told us these are bett bug bitesfor sure. We went to the reception to find a solution since we had one more night, the options were either just to change the sheets or to leave the accomodations (it was 10 in the night) and get a refund for the last night. We decided to stay since it was super late, there was no room available at that point somewhere else close and we had an early flight so it would be waste of money and time. This people just changed the sheets NOTHING else my friend woke up with more bites and I found also on my feet the next day. We contacted booking to find a solution through the platform, since we didn't like how they treated us and sent also the pictures and everything is o booking. The accomodation and the owner refused to find an agreement which would make both sides happy. Also we asked the other people of the room which we kept contact, if they took any further actions after we left like cleaning the room for bed bugs or tell the people and they didn't do anything which shows clearly how the don't care at all about their guests. It's not possible that these people don't understand how serious this is, avoid this place!!!!

Strongly do NOT recommend – be careful! My family had a very bad experience in this hostel. Shortly after falling asleep, they woke up with severe itching and discovered bed bugs in the mattress. Photos were taken immediately, along with clear evidence of multiple bite marks. They had to leave the hostel at 1 a.m. and urgently find another place to stay. Due to the high risk of spreading the insects, they were forced to throw away their luggage, clothes, and personal belongings, and also cover extra pharmacy costs. Despite clear promises from the manager (Pete), no refund has been received for over 3 months, and all communication has stopped. This shows a serious lack of responsibility and professionalism. I strongly advise against staying here.

It has now been a THREE MONTHS with no refund. The issue is not only the presence of bed bugs, which is a serious hygiene and safety concern, but also the complete lack of responsibility and professionalism after the incident. I strongly advise against staying at this hostel. Ignoring guests and refusing to resolve such a serious situation is completely unacceptable. We have room number 5.

Edit 1: If this company deals with these pests the same way you’ve been handling the refund of my money for the past two months, I honestly feel sorry for the next guests who will be staying in your hostel. EDIT 2: They are lying, as the refund has not been processed. No bank takes FEW months to process a refund- it usually takes a few days. In addition, they have stopped responding to messages. Be careful!!!!!!

I loved this place so much that I extended my stay twice! I stayed in the dorms, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is reasonably clean and conveniently located very close to Lambeth Station. The staff are friendly and professional. The beds are comfortable with no issues of bed bugs, and the showers provide nice hot water. Suggestion for the dorms: It would be great if each bed had its own mini curtain. This would provide extra privacy when sleeping and help minimize disturbances when the common lights are on. Areas for Improvement: 1. Ventilation: It would be nice to have better ventilation in both the rooms and shower area. During my stay in early February (winter), opening the windows helped to reduce stuffiness and made the space more breathable. I can’t imagine how it’d be like in the summer. That said, having a proper ventilation system would enhance comfort throughout the year. 2. Shower Amenities: For the shower, it would be helpful to provide both body wash and shampoo. Currently, there is only a foam soap that feels more suitable for washing hands, and no shampoo was available. I had to use this foam soap for my hair, which wasn’t ideal. Even a basic body wash and shampoo, like the ones commonly found in Japan that you could easily find in Tesco or Asda, would be a great improvement. Thank you for the pleasant stay, and I look forward to seeing how these small enhancements could make the experience even better! I’ll return here again the next time I’m in London.

Please do not go this place Its filled with bed bugs all around the room. And the smell was the most disgusting EVER. Please, run away. This place is not managed at all
