Hostels waar ongewoon veel maximaal beoordeelde beoordelingen verdacht kort zijn — ver onder de typische lengte — beginnen eruit te zien alsof het personeel (of een boost-my-listing-service) de score opvult met wegwerp-lof.

De detector markeert beoordelingen die zowel maximaal beoordeeld als onder een lengtedrempel zijn, en schat daarna hoeveel ervan statistisch niet zouden moeten bestaan. Voor deze hostel hebben we 1320 maximaal beoordeelde beoordelingen gescand en 1% waren verdacht kort.

    Absolutely nothing. Overall, we were very disappointed with the condition of the hotel and the rooms. The accommodation did not meet reasonable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort. - Poor cleanliness: The rooms were dirty and did not appear to have been properly checked or cleaned before our arrival. We even found rubbish left behind by previous guests in the bunk beds. - Beds and bedding: The beds were not properly prepared, and the bed sheets were different sizes, with some being too small for the beds. - Dirty bathroom and mould: The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was visible mould, which we found unacceptable and unhygienic. - A lot of dust: There was a significant amount of dust in the room. I am allergic to dust, and the conditions made me feel unwell during the stay. - Excessive noise: The noise level was extremely high, making it very difficult to sleep and get proper rest. - Poor overall condition: In general, we felt that the rooms and the hotel facilities were not in an acceptable condition for a comfortable stay. - Unused room: We also had a room included in our reservation that we did not use, and we would like to request a refund for this room. - Evidence available: I have photos and videos documenting these issues, including the cleanliness problems and the condition of the accommodation. Considering all of the above, we believe the accommodation did not provide the standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort that we reasonably expected when making the reservation, and we would therefore like our complaint and refund request to be properly reviewed.
