Zostel Gangtok

AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST. for the amount they are charging it's an very sub par experience they provide and you can get much better rooms . service is very poor , cafe is really bad nothing to eat and people there are not even helpfull. rooms are not cleaned and light are not working properly even the light attracts moth flies which led to major issue in staying room and solutions they provide is switch off light and then open windows . worst zostel experience till date

Not the kind of experience you would expect from a zostel Firstly, the property is a little further away from the center, so you have to hire a personal cab while going all the way up to the property and spend about 150 bucks every single time. Secondly, they don’t have proper arrangements/tie ups for city tours as you would expect at zostel Thirdly, the food/drinks are over priced just because there are no nearby cafés Even the front desk staff is not helpful

Amazing hostel. Insane vibe. Perfect location. Special thanks to Nabi and Monny. Very swift onboarding. Monny helped us to recover our lost item in cab. P.s. escalators should be installed.

Good hostel little away from hustle of the city centre with nice views. Can use a little more cleaning in common areas but other than that great experience.

It’s good atmosphere

Great vibes! Rooms are clean and the staffs are friendly too. However it is located a little bit away from the city centre, and you need to take a taxi every time. Alcohol is also served in the cafe. Overall it was a great experience.

Far away from city centre, hostel is a hangout place for owner's friends so too many locals most of the time. Facilities aren't great either. Overall an average stay.

I stayed for 3 nights. On arrival the receptionist was very lovely, even given me a phone charger to use as mine had broken. The bed was very comfortable. The bedding had some stains, but I think it has been washed because I saw cleaners coming regularly. There was a decent sized locker to keep belongings in. The dorm door wasn't locked though and I could hear the noise from the social areas at all times. There was also a lot of cigarette smoke in the social areas, excluding nonsmokers.

Best place to visit and people was there and they help also frandly

If you love to connect with new people, then definitely a great choice.You will never gonna regret your decision

Great place, amazing people, excellent conversations, and beautiful memories! The team at Zostel Gangtok will take great care of you, go out of their way to help you out, and ensure that you have the best time ever. The hostel's dorms are clean, and the common room is simply a vibe where you can indulge in great food, drinking, indoor sports, lots of fun games, jamming, etc. Can't wait to visit again and will definitely stop by whenever I'm in Sikkim next!

One of the best hostel I’ve ever stayed the only thing is they dont have a fan in the rooms , rest everything is fantastic

Great people at this Zostel in Gangtok (engaging and supporting). It is located at a good place (1.5 kms) from MG Marg.

The best hostel i have ever been to! Shiny clean, new, great facilities, very friendly staff, and low price. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful and comfortable stay. And the rooftop was great to sit n chill plus the view was amazing 😊. Sadly schedule was tight otherwise would have extended the days.

Superb hostel at the perfect location. I was able to work in peace and play cool games, like foosball, with my new friends at the cafeteria.
