Super hostel pas loin du centre, du ferry, et de la plage. Piscine cool et beaucoup d’activités proposés donc c’est sympa! Par contre je me suis fais piquer par des punaise de lits donc faut faire un peu attention…

The bathrooms were so so dirty always, there is around 30 plus people using the 3 toilets and 3 showers everyday… it is way too little and the cleaners should be cleaning every hour to keep up with everyone showering and creating a mess in the toilets. Honestly even at 1am you would find a queue sometimes. There were bed bugs in other rooms, thankfully not ours. Overall it was one of most expensive hostels we stay in 1 month in Mexico and it was the worst. This hostel should be charging 15 euros a night maximum let alone the price of 31 euros a night that we paid. Overall I felt uncomfortable with the level of hygiene and was dying to leave. I think the 4 bed dorms are a better experience. They had no clean towels for two days which left us without a towel.

I had the worst experience at this hostel in Holbox. I stayed for 6 nights and ended up having to change rooms 3 times due to bedbugs. The infestation was so bad that I was covered in bites, and the itching lasted for weeks. When I reported the issue to the staff, their response was both unhelpful and insensitive. They offered me only 60 pesos to wash the clothes I had worn during my stay, which felt like a ridiculously inadequate solution. The lack of empathy and poor customer service was extr

Nice hostel with great pool and party atmosphere. However, sand, hair and bed bugs in the bed! No money back offered as they said it was just a ‘problem they have’. No hot water from the shower. Our room also flooded twice from the rain as there’s a gap in the door. Breakfast took over an hour to arrive… for just scrambled eggs! Happy ‘hour’ is very vague. Only lasts 30 mins and some times it wasn’t given to us even though we were in the timings stated. However - would still recommend.

Very fun hostel with lots of activities. BUT BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!! Found a few in my bed and it doesn't seem like they are going to resolve the issue. SO IF YOU GO CHECK YOUR BED!!!!!!

Pros: - habitaciones limpias, locker y cortinillas - baños limpios - piscina limpia Cons: - si estás buscando relajarte y dormir probablemente este no sea tu ambiente - el precio está muy alto para la ubicación (de los hoteles del centro es el más alejado) - el staff es algo indiferente En mi caso, definitivamente prefiero un lugar limpio y ruidoso por el ambiente que uno tranquilo pero sucio donde tampoco puedas dormir por las chinches.

BED BUGS. DIRTY WATER. NO SLEEP. So expensive for what you are getting honestly. My bed had bed bugs, have bites all over my body. Additionally, you will never be clean in this hostel, the water was disconnected or something from the island so they used the pool water for the showers and the taps…. The pool water doesn’t even have chlorine in it, so if you put 2 and 2 together you’re washing yourself with the water people have been in, their body parts have been in. Parties are great, I really enjoy the vibe and you can have a lot of fun 😆 The only downside is sleeping wasnt great for me, first night air conditioner wasnt cooling correctly and second night I was bitten by bed bugs 🤮. Please fumigate
