Cuándo reservo por la página y voy hacer la entrada en la pensión Salamanca el encargado un cubano me dice qué hay habitación y en la página había 3, al final me dio habitación.... la habitación está en un 4 sin ascensor... La calefacción brilla por su ausencia en pleno invierno en Salamanca, una hora a la noche y una hora por la mañana temprano, con solo una manta.... no volvería a ésa pensión.!!! 👎
When I book through the page and I go to check in to the pension Salamanca the manager a Cuban tells me what room there is and on the page there were 3, at the end he gave me room.... the room is in a 4 without elevator... The heating shines for its absence in the middle of winter in Salamanca, an hour at night and an hour early in the morning, with only a blanket.... I would not return to that pension.!!!
La habitación reservada era de dos camas y al llegar nos asignaron una de una cama de matrimonio (habitación número 9) en la que la cama ni siquiera cabia bien, pequeña, fría. La calefacción apagada a nuestra llegada y en cualquier caso solo llego a estar el radiador templado.
The room we booked was a two-bedroom and on arrival we were assigned one of a double bed (room number 9) where the bed didn't even fit well, small, cold.The heating turned off on our arrival and in any case I only got to find the heated radiator.
Lo bueno: que nos dejaron pasar más tarde de la hora del check-in. Lo malo: Nos pusieron cama de matrimonio cuando reservé dos camas privadas, no encienden la calefacción y la habitación no estaba muy insonorizada. Lo de la calefacción...fatal.
Ubicación excelente! La habitación es pequeña, pero exactamente como en las fotos: muy limpia. No hay zonas comunes, pero el personal es muy amable. Me pareció que el precio era un poco alto, probablemente por la temporada en la que fui

Amazing location, comfortable, clean room. Music and people outside the room for most of the day but totally manageable with the window closed. Lacking hand soap in the bathroom. A fridge/kitchen area would be appreciated as well.
Muy buen alojamiento. Está muy bien ubicado y Eduardo fue muy amable. La habitación es individual, con llave para la puerta. Hay baño en el mismo piso.

Pase mucho frío en la noche! Hay solo una frazada y sin calefacción

Amazing host and location
Not the best place to meet people but excellent if you don’t care about that as the location was in a great spot. The owners were lovely, the only “complaint” I would have is that I think the mattress was super old as I could feel the springs digging into my body making it harder to sleep. My suggestion would be one of those thin foam layers to put on top of it.
Ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de plaza mayor. Fue un poquito pequeño en comparison de otro hostal que tenemos más servicios (secador de pelo) y más espacio por el mismo precio (aunque fue en Ávila).
It was a bit small compared to another hostel that we have more services (hair dryer) and more space for the same price (although it was in Avila).

I just saw the staff when I made the check in and check out, but because it wasn't necessary. All the things works as they supposed to do. It's small but really cool and functional. I love it. Really recommend to stay here if you're travelling alone because you'll feel safe.
this place was in the perfect location right off the main square, but always felt very safe and secure. the owners were really lovely and welcoming and the beds and rooms were very comfy and clean, i thought it was good value for money. it isnt a party hostel but theres lots of bars and pubs nearby so that wasnt a problem for us. absolutely loved the city and will definitely be staying at Pension Salamanca again.
The PERFECT stay in Salamanca! Amazing location, clean and spacious rooms, great price. I only stayed for one night but immediately felt right at home, thanks to the wonderful host. Best place to stay for a relaxing getaway! Would definitely be back if I get to return to Salamanca
Nice small room with own 1/2 bath. Shower is upstairs. Great location, really close to the Plaza Mayor. Bilingual staff. Very nice and friendly. Maybe it was off-season, but private room at the price I paid was very well worth it. 10/10 would recommend and go back if I ever find myself in Salamanca.

Clean, quiet facility in a central location.
Buen ambiente y muy cerca del centro. Ptecio razonablr.
I had a private room, no access to any communal area (except roof terrace which only had 2 chairs). No atmosphere, a bed to sleep in only. My en-suite was toilet only, showers on a different floor. No AC. Clean enough, and quiet at night (with windows closed). Location perfect just off the Plaza Major. Plenty of plugs too!
