- Struttura sporca materasso da buttare pieno di cimici scarico bagno non funzionante aqua condensa climatizzatore si scarica alla vasca doccia ho speso 100€ medicine e dottori a causa di cimici una assenza di rispetto alle regole di igiene e alle regole del comune una stanza 5×5 ricevere 8 persone neanche in galera e lo schifo totale
+ Lo único bueno eran los gatitos, y la atención muy amable de las recepcionistas de la noche y la mañana.
- - El hostel esta ubicado a más de 20 minutos caminando de las estaciones de transporte público posibles (Ercolano Miglio d'Oro/ Torre de Greco/Ercolano Scavi) para salir de este horrible pueblo llamado Erculano debes caminar muchisimo con tu equipaje, de noche da miedo y parece muy inseguro. Recomiendo llegar e irse DE DÍA! - Al llegar te dan las sábanas y tienes que "armarte tú mismo la cama" y al irte tienes que desarmarla y entregar las sábanas usadas, obviamente no lo hice, es lo mínimo que pueden hacer, para algo he pagado. - En general no hay llave para los lockers (no son con tu propio candado) dejas tus cosas personales a la merced de tus compañeros de cuarto - las puertas de ingreso al baño hacen tanto ruido que parece que arrrojaran una bomba cada vez que entran y salen. - Los baños tienen una limpieza deficiente y solo tienen dos váter y dos duchas para 16 personas. No hay intimidad. Las camas hacen mucho ruido. Las habitaciones huelen a hippie. - Yo amo a los gatos, y no tuve problema que duerman en mi cama, de hecho me dio satisfacción. Pero si eres alérgico o no te gustan, ten en cuenta que son varios y son los dueños del hostel 🫶🏽 - El ambiente es de backpackers hippies! Tenlo en cuenta si esa no es tu onda! - NUNCA ANTES VI ESTO!!! Si necesitas quedarme luego del check out en las áreas comunes te COBRAN 5€ !!!!! y solo te permiten hasta las 13hs (esto se anuncia en un cartel en la recepción) Mi crítica va al establecimiento no al personal!

- The mattresses are very bad, cats are in the hostel a lot, the staff is rude, they want to charge for everything even staying in the hostel after checkout which is absurd. They have a free palestine sticker right on the reception, a public hostel shouldn't voice ignorant political opinions like this.
We were hoping for a more popular hostel but we’re really disappointed with the small groups of people there. The public toilets could not lock and there were only public showers with glass doors so everybody could see you. The air condition didn’t work and we got different beds than the others. We waited 30 minutes outside the gate before another guest came and let us in and after that, we also had to wait for 30 minutes more before the receptionist came and gave us our room I do not recom...
Except the cool design there's nothing great about the place. It's not the cleanest, kitchen and all the common spaces are closed at night, bunch of rules and limitations and inhospitable attitude, not in hostel's vibe at all - they make you pay if you want to wait at the hostel after the check out. The bathrooms are not separated for men and women and they are in a poor condition (toilets without lids f.e.). The rooftop was closed when I was there. It's expensive for what you get.
Lockers weren’t even big enough for my duffle bag, had to pay for anything extra ( breakfast, entertainment) getting taxi was impossible and to get to the nearest bus stop was a HIKE. The toilet had no seat. We tried discussing with the first person that was available at the desk in the first day, we got rejected saying there is none. After contacting hostel world Maria answered and she was able to help us. The pressure of the water coming from the shower was quite low, doable for a shower but will take time. The door lock from the bathroom was improvised and was falling off. Nice to have : More sockets for electricity(only 3 were there)
Air conditioning did not work in our room
Longe de tudo 15 km de Napoli’s além de tomar 10 estações para chegar andar mais 20 minutos . Pessimo não indico jamais .
Lovely place and the staff were very helpful. However, what wasn't great was not being allowed breakfast at 8am because we had to depart for the airport, it was served at 8:30am they wouldn't give us our croissant and coffee earlier :( - AND I thought about swapping our prepaid breakfast for a wee espresso, but no had to pay for that also.... It's the little things init....

Good spot, friendly cats, very far from city center but close to a nice beach.
the hostel itself is very nice and seems comfortable. The main issue was the train stations being a 20min walk away which adds up over time. If you are going mainly for Pompei and Vesuvio it is an excellent choice. I also wanted to go out in the evenings but at night/evening the train connections are not good and I have found the busses to be confusing and unreliable. Also psa the taxis/ubers are super expensive.
I really enjoyed my stay here! Staff was very kind and helpful, place was nice and clean, other visitors were friendly! Can only recommend!

Great stay, the vibe is awesome here. Everything is so colorful and the people are so nice, and there’s a bunch of cats you can hang out with. It is a bit out of Naples so if you’re visiting you’ll have to walk a bit (20 min) to a train station and take it into the city. But a great midpoint between Naples and pompei, and the local town is very pleasant and quiet! Highly, highly recommend
Das Hostel ist wirklich sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht und alle Mitarbeiter waren super lieb. Wenn man als Frau im gemischten Schlafsaal schläft gibt es leider keine privaten Ort wo man sich umziehen kann, da die Duschen unf Toiletten für alle in einem Raum sind und sich jeweils auch nicht richtig abschließen lassen.

L'ambiance générale était super : belle déco et personnel très gentil.Terrasses très agréables et cuisine bien équipée. Personnellement la localisation éloignée m'a plus pesé que ce que je pensais (20-25min de marche en pente pour aller à la gare. Les sanitaires ne ferment pas (ni la douche ni les WC). Mon casier était trop petit pour mon sac à dos donc je n'ai pas pu mettre mes affaires sous clé. Le verrou des portes est un peu galère aussi. À part ces détails c'était sympa ...

+ The staff was real friendly and the Hostel Just amaising the Interieur was real different. WE Had all WE needet and more. Thanks so much for an unvorgetable Holiday.

- they could have some cheap bycikles to rent, it would be perfekt.

Nella vita si incontrano luoghi e nonluoghi (e ormai questi ultimi nel mondo dell'accoglienza odierno, prevalgono); scegliendo questo ostello finirete sicuramente in un luogo vero fatto di persone vere, oggetti vissuti che raccontano la realtà del viaggiare che sta nel conoscere luoghi e persone, per coglierne l'essenza, come la nostra famiglia ha fatto trascorrendo il 31 di dicembre proprio qui ❣️

- Dommage que n’avons pas eu le chauffage dans la caravane. Nous avons été reclassés au dortoir. Chance il y avait personnes.
