I was bitten by bedbugs, they have an infestation!!! DONT COME!!!

On the road with loads of stripclubs so fairly unsafe walking up there at night as a solo female in winter with all the customers lurking about outside. No where to sit in the morning unless you cough up for their expensive breakfast. More a hotel environment. Not enough showers.

Not value for money, central location but not good area. Could be cleaner. Small public spaces.

Very disappointing. In the female dorms you could either be put in a bunk in a massive airy room or be squashed into a converted wardrobe off to the side. Despite paying the same price ! The room was boiling with only a tiny fan. Not a hostel for backpacker as the storage in the room are extremely thin. Also bartender at 11pm just wanted everyone out. Very disappointing

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We read the reviews before booking and just assumed we would be fine. We were in fact not fine. It was insufferably hot in these rooms, to the point where you can’t sleep or get comfortable. So bad we had to leave a night early. I hope they make adjustments as this is just unfair!

Worst place ever. My bed had many many many bedbugs. Just dont go, i Finished in the hospital.

Bed bugs! If you are not afraid of such "neighbors", then everything is fine.We were bitten very badly by bed bugs in this hostel. The administration did not resolve this issue, the only thing they did was change the bedding and disinfect the room. But the next night we were bitten again.When we asked to change the mattress, they said that they had no other mattresses, so it is likely that you will be put on the same mattress with bed bugs. Also, keep in mind the lack of ventilation!

NO AC. NO FAN. I got to the room and I started sweating. Don't go on summer! Não tem ar condicionado, nem ventilador! Cheguei no quarto e comecei a suar. Não vá no verão!

Every staff member I spoke to was super rude and not friendly at all. They urgently need to improve their customer service skills, or move to a job they actually like.

Super great rooms, with curtains! Great location, close to many bars and a quick walk to Charles Bridge! Only thing was it was not a super social hostel, but definitely worth a stay :)

This hostel was in a perfect location to get around town. It was super clean, very personable, felt like family environment. They had events every night, but not too loud or rowdy.

Was quite apprehensive of the location based on the establishments on the same road however, these weren't a problem at all even when getting back late. I found the bed comfy for a hostel and the privacy curtain was a nice touch. The location was about 10 - 20 minutes walk from all the major attractions being very central and I'm glad I did than staying further out.

Nice hostel, great staff! The common areas were super cozy and it was a great bonus that there was a kitchen. However the womens dorm (for 8) was super small and there was barely space to move around when someone was packing their bags on the floor. Also the bathroom air ventilation was super noisy especially in the nights when you were trying to sleep. Also the shower and toilet were behind the same door to when one was in use, you couldn’t use the another. Also, no hand paper in the toilets?...

I really enjoyed my stay here, the bunkbeds were so cosy and I had a great sleep. The laundry facilities were easy to use and the staff were friendly. 2 of 3 nights I was the only one in my 6 person room but I was happy with that!

Super nice, great location. I was working remotely for the week and it was easy to do that in the common area during the day. I found such great cafés/restaurants around and met people all week. Here for the marathon on Sunday (May 3) so it's been amazing. Beautiful city.

Lovely hostel, would stay again. Was very quiet when I went so didn’t meet anyone there

Nice and clean. Beds had curtains so had a good sense of privacy. Bathroom very clean and so was the kitchen!

There was a hair on my pillow and they only gave me a wash cloth as a towel. I checked out within hours of checking in and they refused to refund me. Absolutely disgusting.

Friendly staff and clean spaces.

I loved it since the moment i got there i felt comfortable. As a first time hostel user i had an idea of how itd be but this hostel exceeded expectations. Everything was great even met super cool roommates. Would 100% go back whenever i go back.

It was a perfect location! I find that bigger hostels tend to be a bit less social, my experience here reflected that. It was very clean!

So far the best hostel I ever stayed. Comfortable bed with curtains, nice locker under the bed, clean toilets and amazing location.

Hostel an sich sehr schön, relativ sauber im Vergleich zu anderen europ. Unterkünften, vor allem der Sanitärbereich sehr clean. Auf meinem Bett allerdings Haare und auch ein benutztes Handtuch. Lage super zentral, bei Abendanreise mir wurde jedoch rasch klar, dass die Unterkunft inmitten von Strip- und Sauna-Clubs gelegen ist. Größtes Manko: Die Heizungen bei Nachttemperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt funktionierten nicht (nur portable heater) und morgens Temperatur-gedrosseltes Wasser zum D...

It was a nice property, only stayed for a night.

Perfecta localización,estancia muy cómoda y completa,zona de jardín,cerca del metro y el centro,habitaciones amplias,en nuestro caso con desayuno incluido muy completo tipo buffet,tienen lockers por si llegas antes, puedes alquilar toallas por 3€; tienen servicio de bar,juegos de mesa libros disponibles,una cocina donde puedes hacer tu comida. Los de recepción muy atentos aunque no hablaban español y nuestro inglés no es perfecto nos hemos entendido.

Camerata molto bella con delle comodissime cuccette. il bagno in camera era molto funzionale. la cucina comune era ok. Si trova in una via dedicata all'intrattenimento sessuale e notturno ma nonostante ciò l'atmosfera è sembrata tranquilla. Staff della reception non proprio accogliente.

I love this hostel SO MUCH! The beds are comfortable & have huge drawers to put your stuff in. It's close to public transportation, and there's lots to see in the area. I will stay at this hostel every time I go to Prague!
