ZUR Boutique Hostel

The place is still under construction. A boxed building without windows that was painted in dark grey to add extra claustrophobia. There’s no kitchen and the shared bathrooms are have large openings above and below the doors. The hostel beds are built low so that you can’t really sit on the bed without bending. Because of lack of windows, the room felt quite damp. We booked 3 nights but left after the first.

The Price is far too high vs the facilities. The dorm did not have any window on the outside which made it impossible to get fresh air. The wifi did not work in the room. The lockers are too small to add a backpack. There is no sofa or chair to seat anywhere in the hostel. The room was not cleaned during my stay, the floor was Sandy and wet (and could not dry due to the lack of fresh air). By far the worst hostel in Spain (I've been traveling for 1month) in terms of Price vs quality.

I booked a female-only dorm but was placed with men. No reception, no staff, no clear instructions, and no reply to calls or emails during my stay (or since). Tried to extend but ignored, yet cleaner shouted at me on check-out. Bathrooms were basic and always wet, lockers tiny, no bed curtains or social vibe. Only positives: comfy beds and basic kitchen (fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave). Overall very poor communication and disappointing stay.

Fatal!! supuestamente estaba en una habitación femenina y sl dia siguiente metieton a un hombre...de muy mal aspecto...estaba yo y ese srñir y la verdad estaba muy incomoda!! si la habitación es de mujeres no tienes porqué meter a un hombre!!! Si el hostel está vacio no te puede mezclar para abaratar precios pir la limpieza!!

El hostel está muy bien ubicado, es limpio y seguro. La única queja es que quizás no se podían pedir elementos como secadores de pelo ya que no había una recepción a la cual acudir.

Besser als auf den Bildern sehr Angenehmer Aufenthalt und Fairer Preis man hat alles wenige Gehminuten entfernt immer wieder gerne und aufjedenfall weiterzuempfehlen top

El hostel es genial ,la única pega es que no te puedes cocinar ya que carece de cocina ,pero me ha encantado estar alojado 3 noches estupendas volveré.

El hostel está muy bien ubicado, es limpio y seguro. La única queja es que quizás no se podían pedir elementos como secadores de pelo ya que no había una recepción a la cual acudir.
