Sa Fita Backpackers - Albergue Juvenil

This hostel was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are only there for a few hours each day and are not contactable the rest of the time. I arrived and had no duvet or sheets on my bed and needed to use a towel as a blanket. The rooms are small and the beds are very uncomfortable. There are bed bugs/mites and I was bitten all through the night. Right on main road and very noisy. AC in rooms is never turned on at night. No lock boxes for belongings and I had phone charger stolen and food stolen from fridge. The pool is tiny and filthy. Very noisy hostel- you can hear everything. The cleaners were super nice and tried to help but the owners are greedy and will not help in any way. I left 5 days early and they refused to refund even though it was such an awful experience. DO NOT STAY HERE
