Camping Serenissima

If I could I would give it 0 stars. Horrible Camping area. I booked for 3 days and I didn’t even stay for a one whole day. Reception is freindly but the area is very disgusting,dirty and not been taken care of properly. Me and my whole family have over 20 stings from mosquitoes. The rooms smell funny, when we came inside all windows were open which brought more insects in, the house had people who smoke and drink in the room before we came in which made the room smell sour. The air conditioner smelt bad and slow. Bed sheets were not clean,had bed bugs. No towels was placed for us (2 adults/2 children). Very un-organised. Mold was in the corners of the bed. Our bed also came broken, and had scratches on the wall everywhere. I also did not book here but they changed it randomly and send another post code, they also changed my booking to 3 adults and one child? They gave us a tiny house with 3 beds in one room, one bathroom and no kitchen, when I have a baby? Walls thin like paper, you can hear talking and murmuring in the other rooms. The lifeguard at the swimming pool was touching little children and saying go away, when he could just say something else like please stop. The lifeguard was not professional at all, he was just sitting and scrolling on his phone. The pool is from 10AM-1PM then closes for 3 hours, then 3PM-6PM in this hot weather it closes this early. They also force you to take of your slippers when entering, when the floor is slippery and my sister fell down 5 times and now has a bump on their head. If you want to enjoy your holiday never book here trust me.
