   Up from 1 star because the staff were very nice and breakfast was quite good for a hostel. There was a group of gents that came into the room three separate times between 10 and 11 p.m. to try and convince their friend to go out drinking. They seemed to be other hostel guests, but they were not even a little bit quiet during this process... three times. I woke up to an absolute mess of a room in the morning. Clearly I understand the hostel cannot control their guests, but these still negatively impacted my stay. For things the hostel can control: the wifi was quite slow and the advertised price for the luggage storage lockers next door didn't match the actual cost despite the hostel setting the price themselves. Some of the bathrooms were not in good shape.

   I wouldn’t not recommend this place. Staff were extremely rude and came into our room and shouted at us. We did not get our free drink. Showers were poorly cleaned. The biggest issue were the male staff being extremely creepy and rude

   • There was a person who was entering into people's rooms who didn't even stay at this hostel. This person was stealing items of significance to others, while also using beds that was paid for by other people.

   I would have rated this place 4/5 stars, but there were some major issues that has led me to posting this one start review. Long story short: the hostel didn't feel safe and didn't meet the standards I'd expect from this brand. Any hostel you stay at you should feel safe and comfortable, however, me and my friends were failed miserably in being provided with an environment that we can enjoy safely. Cons: There was a person who was entering into people's rooms who didn't even stay at this hostel. This person was stealing items of significance to others, while also using beds that was paid for by other people. Not only that, the hostel staff couldn't do anything to stop him? What a pathetic excuse from the management of this hostel that they can't ensure that a stranger isn't sleeping in your room next to you. He tried to enter our room with a stolen key card, but failed because we were there by the door and he walked off. However the person in question did cause many more issues with other guests in the hostel who felt very unsafe about this. I couldn't sleep properly knowing there is someone wondering around trying to steal my items and use my room. That was the primary issue with the stay. The other issues included the condition of the property. It's getting outdated and is not what the photos look like, it smells a bit due to a lack of ventilation and is not at a comfortable temperature for most of the time. It wouldn't recommend staying here during summer for this reason. There was also MANY broken things which caused inconvenience for me, including multiple toilets and showers broken, washing machine broken and the ceiling leaking water! There are a few other things I can ramble about, but I won't. Pro's: The location is quite good, right outside the U-Bahn and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The people were pretty good, but the bar can get a bit rowdy when games are on. The food and drinks at the bar were quite a good quality and reasonably priced. Lastly, the beds were nice and clean and comfortable with good curtains to help with privacy. Overall, this hostel has some fundamental issues that needs to be sorted out by management. I would have recommended it at first, but due to the majority security and safety issues of this hostel, I now can't possibly recommend it to anyone. I hope someone finds this review useful and I hope improvements can be made.

   Was worth it for me and my partner to share a double room. However we paid an extra 10€ for a late checkout (1pm) and a staff member came into our room a little after 11 without knocking. If your into sports bars- seems like a good place but the bar wasn’t a very appealing vibe to us. Men’s bathroom was disgusting lol. Staff was like fine but not super friendly.

   Bathrooms smelled weird, and were always out of stuff. Good beds and stuff, but only had uk plugs which was weird. Security is wack cause some rando off the street came into my room. And the staff didn't take responsibility for lack of security. The bar was nice, though I wish there was more of a common area.
