+ Only mattress was comfortable

- AIR-CONS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SWITCHED ON BETWEEN 11-2 pm in the room and in common area AIR-CONS only allowed 1-5 pm i mean why we book the hostel, to sit and meet other travelers in the evening or morning time. Who will sit there in that kind of heat. There is just nothing to like about this property, the receptionist who comes for 2nd shift is a most rude person here and she has no manner to talk. You don’t have to be sad all the time and rude all the time, while i was sitting and having my dinner at 9 pm suddenly the rude lady switched off the AIRCON and with her rude attitude she told me its bot for you so switched off… the picture i have attached is a board they put very next day after me asking why AIR-CON. Our room AIR-Con remote was not working again miss rude was there to argue. So overall its a bad state. Also there are 4 floors and no lift so you have to walk up And down.

+ This hostel is only suitable for solo travelers who are nature enthusiasts and appreciate a sandy feel, and only need a basic bed to sleep in. 本青旅僅適合崇尚大自然沙子感，只求有床可以睡的獨旅者

- When roommate climbing into the upper bunk makes the whole bed frame shake so badly that it's impossible to get a good night's sleep. What's more, the bed had sand on it, and I doubt the sheets were changed. I really don't see why this hostel has such a high rating.

- The lady in the reception is very rude and unfriendly I m lucky that i only stay one night Only 3 bathroom on upper floor for male

- Las dos chicas recepcionistas unas mal educadas. Con el móvil todo el rato y si les hacías una pregunta se reían entre ellas y te daban una mala contestación. Muy muy decepcionante y te deja un mal sabor de boca. No volvería simplemente por el trato que recibí.

+ Nothing. I left and booked a room at The Sila Bed and Breakfast. The bed and breakfast had a better price for a solo room, extremely kind service, and a good location. Book there instead, not this place.

- The racist staff member and the safety issue made me leave after one night. Although the racist staff member saw me get checked in. When I came downstairs trying to give her money to buy something, she acted frightened and assumed I was trying to rob her. That crap hurt. She yelped and jumped, then proceeded to lock anything up of value before she would listen to me. Before she did this, she had her head down and was unconcerned while answering my question. It wasn't until she looked up yo respond that she decided to act that way. Then, when I was trying to get help with the laundry, she acted like I was trying to steal the detergent. This same woman didn't flench when a girl with full luggage walked through the lobby without checking in or taking off her shoes. She saw her said nothing. When I went upstairs, I found this girl sleeping on the bench outside my room (I had a single). I was going up in and down the stairs completing laundry, the girl got nervous and moved her stuff to another spot in front of the bathroom. But then left to another floor to sleep when two more girls showed up to bathe. When I messaged staff, because the racist downstairs left, I got a terse response back and a "what are you talking about" in the morning.

+ C’était bien sympa au début ! Puis quand le soir ou la nuit arrive dans le lit. C’est autre chose. J’aurai du rester 4 nuits. Je suis restée une. L’hostel en soit est TOP. Le seul et unique bémol sont les voyageurs qui sont irrespectueux envers les autres.

- Et dès que le soir arrive — HORRIBLE. Les lumières restent allumées même individuellement jusqu’à pas super tard. Et y a du boucan. Et puis aucun qui respecte lea règles indiquées sur un écriteau à l’entrée de la chambre. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi les gens vont dans les hostels et se croient les rois et qu’ils peuvent faire du bruit avec un non respect à ce point. Y a beaucoup de faux dans les liens avec les gens. Bcp de vibrations et de bruits. Quelqu’un de tres sensible ne va pas apprécier ça.

+ La ubicación, está súper céntrico y a los principales templos se puede ir caminando

- Los baños no tienen puerta y si sales de la ducha te ven desde el pasillo, estaría bien una puerta o una tela que tapase el pasillo de los baños

+ This was my second stay. Amazing common room. Super clean rooms and bathrooms. Lovely staff. Amazing guests. Overall I stayed for around 2 weeks in 2 visits.

+ Très bonne localisation. Très propre. Les espaces communs sont tops et les chambres sont grandes. Le ménage est fait régulièrement. Le petit déjeuner est bien.

- La structure des lits n’est peut-être pas optimale.

+ Super propre, personnel accueillant, sympathique et flexible, emplacement parfait en plein centre, bon rapport qualité prix. Vous ne trouverez pas mieux à Chiang Mai.

+ La stanza era comoda. La pulizia in genere e la zona colazioni

- Non organizzano/rivendono molte escursioni e attività...strano in una città come Chiang Mai. La tipa all'ingresso un po' ostile. La posizione al centro, ma lontano da tutto

+ One of the best hostels I've stayed in since the beginning of my trip. This is definitely due to the women at reception; they do everything to make you feel at home. I witnessed a bizarre scene between the receptionist and a guest. He arrived wanting to be unpleasant (he must have had a rough day), the receptionist welcomed him warmly, and then he started getting worked up, complaining about poor service, and, to get revenge, threatened to leave bad reviews, poor guy... I really don't understand why tourists think that hostel staff should be at their mercy and put up with their bad attitude; it's not right. One thing is for sure: I had the chance to chat with these ladies several times, and they are lovely. If you're hesitating, don't hesitate any longer; you'll feel right at home.

+ The whole place was clean -- rooms, bathrooms, lobby area. It is located in the middle of the old town. All the temples and cafes in the region are within walking distance. The best part for me was the lobby. Lobby is large, artistically done, with workstations and couches. Spoke to a lot of fellow travellers in that area. A few functional things that worked for me -- decent sized locker, really good wifi, work stations, coffee/tea availability, microwave and toaster availability, laundry (chargeable), kitchen utensils, fridge, fruits & bread in the morning, price. The staff, both at the reception and in the cleaning role, was friendly and sweet.
