+ Location.
- The roim is tiny, the bathroom tiny and not clean, the beds are hard with thin pillows. Towels need replacing.

+ No estaba mal en general
- Lo que no me gustó que nos quería cobra un desayuno que no habíamos echo y nos hizo llevar la toalla a la lavandería a nosotro porque decía que no salía las manchas y cuando vio que si nos devolvió el dinero pero perdimos tiempo en eso
+ La ubicación es muy buena
- Era mi segunda vez en este hotel, la primera fue en 2017 y ha sido decepcionante. En esta oportunidad me ha decepcionado, las habitaciones tienen las paredes sucias sin pintar desde hace años, las toallas están viejas y el baño que nos tocó el WC estaba dentro de la ducha. La habitación no ha tenido mantenimiento y está vieja. La recepción es lo único que han mantenido correctamente. Tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel porque daba asco estar ahí. No quisieron devolvernos el dinero de las 2 noches que no estuvimos. Sin duda, jamás recomendaría este hotel por muy bien ubicado que esté.

+ Hôtel bien situé, tranquille et facile d’accès. Facilités de vie appréciables: piscine, bar, pdj sur place.
- Le matelas du lit mériterait d’être remplacé. Il était un peu bruyant (ressorts).

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hostel! Le staff était vraiment gentil et m’a beaucoup aidé en me donnant d’excellents conseils pour les différents tours. J’y retournerais sans hésitation.
+ Das Doppeltbett war super aber etwas zu groß für das Zimmer. Könnte früher das Zimmer beziehen und mein Koffer stehen lassen bis zur Abfahrt. Der Pool war auch OK.

+ Beautifully old, Lanna style property. Great base to lay your head when exploring Chiang Mai. Very close to everything but if you want to go further Grab is so easy to navigate. The family rooms were out of this world, like no other we have experienced so far across Asia-was perfect for our family.
- The double bed was just too hard. It was not a comfortable night sleep.
