Normandie Hostel

I arrived at the hostel at 3.50 pm and my bed was not ready. I did not receive any links on arrival so I did not know about the process. When I called to received Instructions to get into the house he replied « I am driving so just check your email » Issus: I didn’t have wifi. When I called back to express his lack of professionalism, he hanged up on my face. During my stay i had rashes on my arms to realized that the mattress was infested by bedbugs.
