Kind of homeless right now so maybe I’m biased but this is a decent place. Not crazy about the cockroaches. But the shower works, the beds clean and the staff are really nice. Two teeny tiny things though. 1: PLEASE START SELLING SLIPPERS! my slippers got soaked with pineapple juice and now I’m walking around in socks. Security really hate that and so do I. 2: please replace the shower heads. They are not good. They keep leaking EDIT: amending my review because something new has come to light. The kettle they provide us is poorly maintained and has limescale inside it. Their wiring is dodgy. My brand new phone heats up while charging and Apple customer service have said there’s nothing wrong with my cable or my phone. Additionally- security are useless. Absolutely useless. Someone’s been through my suitcase and nicked four items. Someone’s been nicking my food, another person put something in my drink and another person tampered with my food while it was next to the microwave waiting for the kettle to finish boiling. ANOTHER EDIT: BEDBUGS. I have bedbugs in my bed. They’re calling pest control but it’s taking a while. And It’s become extremely loud at nighttime with music blaring from the cafe.

Everything is poor in that place. I had to cancel the booking and go at almost midnight after an surreal situation in which the staff refused to give some linens to protect the dirty pillow, mattress and duvet. They have surely issues of bed bugs and an inspection should be carried out to close definitely that awful place. The receptionist Mercedes also throwned at me a pen when I asked her to write down on my receipt the Day and time or check out i.e. evening 23:47. in order to be refunded later on.. Deeply aware of their unprofessionalism and trying to push me to react. Vainly. Moreover, A lot of noise and no cleanliness at all In all parts of the hostel, such as in the bedroom, showers, toilets, common areas... I have lost time, energy and money because of them. In a nutshell, incredibly unmannered staff, highly disrespectful and abusive, deeply dirty place and fully disorganized.... Place to be closed undoubtedly and to delete from booking.com for a start. It is a proper scandal to have such a company in London...

Nach unserer Flucht aus einem anderen Hotel wegen Schimmel / Müllbergen und Bettwanzen, kamen wir für 1 Nacht bei dem KGBP unter. Wir haben ein Zimmer (Nr2) mit 4 Betten in dem Frauensaal gebucht. Das Zimmer und die Betten waren sauber, das Badezimmer was direkt im Zimmer war, war ebenfalls sauber. Das öffentliche Restaurant haben wir nicht benutzt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, es ist extrem laut und der Rauch von Zigaretten zieht genau ins Zimmer. Aber für 1 Nacht mit Ohrstöpseln und Shirt über den Augen sehr gut machbar.

La mayor mierda que he visto en mi vida. Cucarachas y cinches por todo el hotel. Los dueños no tienen contratado personal, lo hacen todo la gente que vive allí por no pagar por dormir. Con una toalla limpian el suelo de todas las habitaciones planta por planta, no limpian con productos o agua y jamón y lejía . El encargado fuma y vende porros hachis marihuana y otras sustancias no legales aparte de tabaco de importación que es ilegal también . Cuidado porque roban cada día en las maletas del guardamaletas y habitaciones . No entiendo cómo poured haber un hostal así en Londres .es increíble !!! Han habido violaciones, maltratos y abusos e incluso si pagas bien te hospedas sin identificación . Cuidado con esta mierda de hostal!!! Os arrepentiréis de haberlo elegido Por algún motivo es el más barato de todo Londres Literas y mobiliario recogido de la calle Y otros hoteles abandonados o cerrados . Lean con atención todos los comentarios no se dejen engañar por los pocos comentarios buenos que son dejados por ellos mismos y quienes trabajan allí . El 90% de los clientes han sido picados por chinches Saben ustedes bien que es un chinche ? Causan una irritación y picor inmesamente grande y donde te piquen te saldrá como una llnenda de un euro en brazos cara etc etc etc De verdad, nunca he visto algo igual ni en África o india he visto algo similar . Una auténtica basura a penas 10 minutos del centro de Londres .
