Cuando llegamos a la habitación descubrimos que no tenían aire acondicionado, había solamente dos ventiladores para toda la habitación y no era suficiente para todos, se lo comenté a los encargados y dijeron que estaban sin ventiladores, era una habitación pequeña con capacidad para 12 y sin apenas ventilación, fuimos durante la ola de calor pero de todas formas el alojamiento tendría que gestionarlo de alguna forma porque a 35 grados con otras 11 personas en el mismo sitio es muy complicado dormir Por otro lado creo q las normas no estaban muy claras, uno de los huéspedes con los que compartimos habitación se puso a hablar repedidamente por teléfono de madrugada sin tener en consideración a los demás. Y ya para acabar lo peor de todo es que en mi cama me encontré chinches, la higiene del lugar deja mucho que desear

I only stayed one night but now I have three massive bite marks on my cheek and under my chin. Maybe there’s something in the pillow because also on my wrist where I usually sleep with my hand beside my head. I’m upset that I have huge welts on my cheek now, and will take a week or so to go down I think. Must be bed bugs I assume. Other than that, I didn’t find the place overly clean. The whole bedroom smelt really strongly of fried chicken all night for some reason.

My credit cards were stolen from jacket overnight inside dormitory room, other guest after check out just went with my cards to nearby mcdonalds and casino. I had to block bank account. I was bitten by bed bugs every night. I even found bed bugs in my shoe.

Terrible. Bed bugs. Bad smells. Lost valuable property

BED BUGS so please avoid this place! Seems some reviews are fake and they even send message to offer free coffee ONLY IF you leave a positive review !! Don't fall for this scam! Noisy from the large street nearby! Internet is very very slow! around 1Mbps transfer rate! Quite tiny beds and small rooms.

BED BUGS - AVOID! Don’t normally review hostels but feel an urge to review this one due to my awful experience. Found 3 bed bugs in my bed and have woken up to bite marks all over my body and itchy skin. Received a full refund but to me does not compensate the numerous bite marks left on my skin. The staff member who greeted me on my arrival was not very welcoming and the guests in my room were very inconsiderate in the room - did not feel safe. Even overheard another guest had items stolen.

Bedbugs!!!! Avoid!!!!!!

The beds are uncomfortable and I had problems with bed bugs that bit me and affected me a lot. The bite marks lasted for many days and I couldn't sleep for two nights. One of the receptionists, Eduardo, was very kind and helped me but the others were not kind at all. Other of the receptionists asked me every night if I was staying there and asked me for my reservation details again. It was very unpleasant to go through all that. One night I came back to my room and my bed was occupied, they took my things and didn't tell me, I had to move in the middle of the night and no one took responsibility. Some rooms do not have lockers

The place had bedbugs! The showers were dirtier that Ghandi's flipflops.

Rooms that i stayed in infested with bed bugs 🐛 pls avoided the minute i lay in my bed i got beaten very badly . I went to downstairs explain the stuf .and i got my refund and left the property

Bedbugs. Not clean. Old padlocks on lockers. No air-conditioning just noisy floor fan.

Pendant mon sejour, il y avait punaises de lit sous le lit. J’ai déjà fait signe aux employés mais ils ont dir que c’était des moustiques. On m’a remboursé qu’une seule au jour où on a trouvé les punaises. Un employé qui a crié à 4 heures du matin, il m’a accusé d’incruster dans l’auberge de jeunesse. Il a pas respecté tout le monde qui restait dans cette chambre. Il n’a pas le droit de crier et d’allumer la lumière sans l’accord de nous. Une réceptionniste qui porte des lunettes. C’est un employé qui n’est pas agréable. On essaye de voir le remboursement mais elle est agaçante. Elle me respecte pas et elle me calcule pas quand j’engage une conversation avec elle. FRANCHEMENT À EVITER. il y avait déjà punaises de lit en décembre dernier

I have bites on my back and shoulders from bed bugs so would recommend they change the mattresses or folk wrap up before bedding down.

I have bites all over my body from something that bit me at night, spider, bed bugs or any strange bug

Other staff were so childish and poer hungry bitchy when manager was not there. Bed bugs did not help./

Greeted by silly girls staff talking loudly how they bullied a 17 girl and allowing a racist al queda man to rant loudly which emptied the bar as staff looked on he did this for two days but bragging your sister is the boss helps I suppose. Same attitude as alot of hostels these days when boss is there staff good as soon as boss gone little hitlers. I was moved to a bed with bed in room full of bed bugs which the guest above me was raging over so they knew bugs were there and did on purpose. Why they are still there is beyond me I know the local area well and this was my local. Shame what has happened to the pub.

First night got bitten allover by bedbugs (still scratching now). Must say that staff was helpful, replacing all sheets immediately even it was in the middle of the night. They ofered me a free coffee but it would have been better to return the charge of the night.

Bed bug problems, small room, not much space to put baggies, not clean, no lift, staff are not nice

It was a terrible experience in addition to the bad smells in the rooms since the cleaning was not good, add to it that there were bedbugs in the beds that bit your body; I was told to change rooms but from the administrative side they gave me two options or leave the hostel and I will lose one night since I had paid for it or put up with bedbugs. terrible hostel I am a frequent traveler but I have never come across such a bad hostel
