+ Only location near local more but has to walk too.

- The mattress is so hard. No elevator. The room has smell and there are big exhaust fan pipe from toilet on the bed head.

+ The location of the hotel is nice, many restaurants, shops near by

- I stayed at this hotel in Chiang Mai for my race and while the overall experience was okay, I was very disappointed with the service. The hotel itself is acceptable, but the receptionist staff were not friendly or accommodating at all. I was charged 100 Baht for checking out just a few minutes after the official check-out time, even though I had checked in at 4 AM. While the charge isn't a huge amount, the lack of flexibility and the way the situation was handled left a bad impression. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this hotel or recommending it to others. Customer service is key to making a stay enjoyable, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short in that regard.

- The free Wifi is very weak. I cant do anything even just for using the wifi for basic internet. Do not stay here if you are on business trip The staff is not very friendly, I dont see any smiles on their face during my stay

+ Cheap and the location is close to tourist attractions shopping malls, restaurants, and bars. The room is private with shower, airconditioner, TV, kettle and a fridge. the ceilling is high and spacious.

- The wall is pretty thin to the point that you can hear guests talking and walking up and down stairs. No elevators so if the guests stay at the 4th floor with luggage, it will be very inconvenient. Suitable for tourist with minimal luggage.

+ - The vibe - the common area with some games for guests to play - Food and coffee are available if you do not want to go out for breakfast (not included in the room charge) - Parking available

- - Bed is not comfortable - Poor ventilation in room even with the air vent fan - slow bathroom drains on first floor (room 101 was acceptable, but not in room 103)

+ Super nice staff and clean room. Really good location too. Wifi was good on the 1st floor.

- The room on the ground floor was noisy and I had to sleep with earplugs. Airplanes can be heard but stop at midnight (for now). The room lacked a proper chair for the desk but there was ok desk in the lobby area.

- ห้องน้ำค่อนข้างแคบ น้ำขังง่าย ห้องทำความสะอาดไม่เนี๊ยบเท่าไหร่ เจอฝุ่นผง เส้นผม

+ The room was clean and comfy and safe. The vibe was relaxing. Good for vacation.
