Ha Lan Homestay

+ The location was lovely. It was in the centre of Trang An and easily commutable to everything on offer. I was thankful that when I voiced our disappointment with the owner, I was able to get a small discount on the room after talking to their English speaking daughter.

- We were not greeted when we arrived, didn't even make eye contact before walking to and showing us our room. The room was poorly cleaned with hair on the bed, badly stained sheets, dirt on the bed frame, toothpaste splats on the sink and mirror. We also found rodent poo on the floor of the bathroom. We did not feel welcome to use the pool as the family who runs the homestay had so many friends/friends of their own children round both nights also playing loud music whilst in the pool (all rooms look like they are next to the pool) until late. Our main sadness is that we paid a lot of money for the room (approx £41 per night - granted we stayed over the reunification holiday) and didn't get the standard we expected for that amount.

+ J'ai beaucoup aimé le personnel très sympa. Lorsqu'on avait besoin de quelque chose, ils étaient présents. La piscine était bien.

- Le petit chemin pour rentrer était très étroit. Mais ils comptent refaire le chemin en béton, donc bonne nouvelle.

+ Die Maztatze war furchtbar hart! Als ich der Inhaberin das mitteilte, bekam ich sofort ein Zimmer mit besserer Matratze. Habe sehr gut geschlafen.

+ 民宿主人很好招待 早餐好吃😋

+ sau khi tôi trải nghiệm dịch vụ cũng như chất lượng nhà mình tôi thấy rất hài lòng.

+ J'ai beaucoup aimé le personnel très sympa. Lorsqu'on avait besoin de quelque chose, ils étaient présents. La piscine était bien.
