   The wifi was great for a budget hostel i guess and the shower pressure decent. The handwash sink in the bathroom was clogged or something because the water didn’t drain. Obviously a shared bathroom so you can imagine the disgust. Even worse — the bedroom had no lock! There were some lockers in the common area and I didn’t leave anything valuable laying about, but a lock on the bedroom door seems like the bare minimum?! How are you gonna fit a suitcase in a locker. Anyone could’ve come in, and I literally mean anyone as when I came back in the evening the main door (the only one with a code) was wide open.

   The location is really perfect. Bus stop nearby, close to city center, to the place where we had cruise etc. It was the cheapest option i have had and it wasn’t my first time in hostel, so of course I didn’t expect so many facilities. However: the communication with owner doesn’t exist. One guy had some issue and was trying to call- 0 response. I was trying to help him and I also called but the same situation. I was talking to one guy who was renting bed here for month and he also didn’t reach owner by the phone. I wrote message with question about towels before arrival and I also was ignored. I would improve the communication. Another issue are beds. Everyone has dedicated bed and room, but during my 3 days stay around 3 people (including my friend who was with me) occurred a problem with occupied bed. The second confusing thing about rooms is the fact that in our „female” room was 40 yo guy. He wasn’t suspicious, he was nice and didn’t do anything inappropriate, but still it’s uncomfortable for both genders I guess. The door in one of the toilet doesn’t lock!! One lady went to the toilet when my best friend was taking a shower. We thought that they close, because it was possible to close them, but still someone managed to open them from outside. People in opinions were complaining about cleanliness - tbh, I wouldn’t say that this aspect was bad. Every day someone visited hostel to clean (that’s what i heard from other guests, but it was visible that someone cleans it). Comparing to other hostels i have visited - i wouldn’t say that it was a problem with cleanliness. I think it also depends on the people who stay during your stay, but these problems which I have described are quite common and should be figured out :)

   DON’T GO HERE This place was absolutely terrible and I would not recommend this to anybody. To start off, the building itself is so sketchy. It literally looks like it’s abandoned with the broken windows and rotten doors. The entrance leads straight to the kitchen so there is no reception, no staff or anything. Some of the windows were shattered which made the place seem so unpleasant. The lockers are so small you can only fit a normal-sized backpack. So if you have anything bigger than that you just have to keep your stuff in your room unlocked and sleep with them in your bed and leave them there for the day unwatched. The place felt quite unsafe because there are no locks to the dorms so anybody could go there. And the walls are paper thin so all the noises from the common areas could be heard from the rooms very clearly. Somebody was already sleeping on my bed so I just had to sleep in another bed hoping it would be free. The air was very stale and it got really hot at night since you couldn’t open the weird windows. The whole place was also quite nasty - common areas were dirty and not very comfortable. 3 out of 4 toilets didn’t have toilet paper or anything you could dry your hands with. Some of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty and the kitchen was overall poorly equipped. The only trash can was overflowing with trash. Our last straw was when the main door lock did not work and we couldn’t get in to the building. It made the whole place feel so weird and we could not contact the staff to get help. All in all sleeping there felt unsafe and not worth the price we payed, and we couldn’t sleep another night there. Please avoid this place if you want to have an peaceful and safe stay.

   I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. First of all, they do not have anyone on-site who works with the company to help with check-in or provide additional service. There is no luggage storage room if you arrive early, and the lockers are incredibly small (will not hold a. backpack or suitcase of any kind). The check-in information was emailed to me 1 hour before my check-in time at 15:00, which was incredibly unhelpful as I would have liked to prepare. Luckily, my bed sheets and towel were clean upon arrival. The 6-person mixed gender room itself was relatively clean, but only locks from the inside, meaning there is no way to keep valuables safe when you are gone. The bottom bunk head-space is probably less than 3 feet, so you cannot sit on the bed at all, you must be laying down. The laundry machines were both out of order for the duration of my stay, and as someone on a month long journey, this was incredibly unfortunate. The bathroom was an entirely different story. Incredibly gross. The shower curtain was covered in dirt and mold. They claim to have bathroom cleaning service every day, but in my 3-night stay, the trash was emptied one time and the bathroom was not fully cleaned. the shower curtain wrapped around in a way so that you could not properly access the sink without touching the curtain (which was dirty) and there were no hand dryers or paper towels provided for when you washed your hands, so you need to remember to bring your bath towel for that. There are also no shelves or hooks in the bathroom, so you need to leave your towel on the dirty sink or toilet seat cover when you are showering! And place all of your toiletries on the dirty floor! The location was great. Please do not book your stay here. The cheap price is not worth it. There are so many other hostels in the area that seem to be much better. On top of everything, the company changed the code to the front door and did not email me or notify me about the change, so I was locked out of the hostel in the pouring rain halfway through my stay. Luckily someone was in the kitchen to let me in and tell me the new code.

   Terrible service, had our labeled food thrown out many times. Tons of ants and and bugs all around the hostel. Plenty of random people who werent staying walking in and staying at the hostel. Doors barely closed and none of them properly locked. Had multiple of my personal items moved and stolen. Entire staff was rude and disrespectful. Multiple kitchen facilites not working. Washer and dryer were unusable for the entire month. Very unsatisfied.

   The location was very good, and that was the only good thing about it:-/ Unfortunately I had a very bad experience during my stay. I was staying in a female dorm. At 01:30 someone loudly strongly knocked the main entrance door, several times. Normally the door is opened only with a code, no guest is supposed to knock the door, especially after midnight. But the hostel is on the street and it could be anyone. Then again it was knocked very wildly and someone ( another guest probably) opened the door, which was not supposed to be done, because it's not safe. Then a very very old lady entered my dorm speaking loudly in another language. It was super scary. Looked like she was also sick that she coughed and moaned loudly almost all night. I was also sad for her but I had nothing to do, no hostel reception, no emergency phone contact of the hostel, nothing. You can only send a message through booking and I did. They responded the day after, which was already very late. Staying there simply did not feel safe and even though I had another night booked, I did not go back and instead booked another hostel. Also there were some hygiene issues, the bathrooms were not clean and they were smelly. There was no proper locker, only small size and there's no key or padlock, you need to have your own (which has not been told). No safe space or locked room for luggages. The biggest issue is the dorms can not be locked. So anyone can enter your room while you are sleeping and do whatever they want. A code system could have been done for each room easily. Very unsafe. With the same price you can find a safer, cleaner option with a larger common area and a kitchen, with rooms having codes to enter, large luggage room and lockers with keys in each room right accross the street could be found.

   Quel petit dejeuner? Quel personnel? Il n'y avait personne et c'est là le probleme. Un homme s'est introduit dans le dortoir des femmes et nous a filmé endormies heureusement que je me suis reveillee. Je pensais que le personnel surveillait la nuit et le jour maos il n'y avait personne, c'est dangereux. Retrouvez cet homme ou appelez la police, renforcez la sécurité de votre hotel, cela devrait etre illégal!

   Kitchen has everything you need. This was in fact something like small garage reorganized in a 4 rooms with a lot of beds and a lot of people in the same time. Kitchen has everything you need but is not clean. There are small lockers, bring your lockpad as it is chaotick. I did not feel save especially as I had my laptop with me. There were people from different countries and anybody can enter any room as there is no keys for rooms. Comparing to other places it is rather cheap but not pleasant stay. WIFI did not work all the time, so I believe that WIFI has never been working. Some people stolen soap from bathroom dedicated to my room.

    The bed/room was clean, however lay out was quite weird and dingy! During our stay we had a very uncomfortable experience in which a man, clearly under the influence of something, stayed up all night playing odd music, wailing, running around, slamming doors and going in and out of girls toilets. He was right outside girls dorm in kitchen most of night. We felt very uncomfortable, and I emailed the hostel to let them know and potentially bring someone in to check on him or a form of security. I got no response, so we were forced to leave early that morning as we felt unsafe :(

    nothing i had bad experience that this hostel. i booked a bed at female room. in the middle of the night a man showed up and claimed who can stay in our room. i didn’t feel safe arguing with him. when i contacted the facility about this issue i was ignored. don’t recommend.

    - Bed was really comfortable. Bedding and comforter were fresh. - I like that there are separate bathrooms for each room (although not all guest comply with the rule). - Warm (or hot) water in the shower. Toilet paper and hair dryer. - Great location. - First impression was really bad. You put the code in the main entrance and enter right into the kitchen, no signs to direct you to your room. No security camera (there was one but visibly broken). - No separate code / key for the room. Anyone who is inside the hostel can enter your room - day or night. As a solo female traveler I did not feel safe. In the morning there was a man shouting on the phone for 30 minutes and I didn't feel comfortable to leave the room. - Security shelves were too small, could fit a city backpack only. - Lower bed is super low and you can hit your head very easily. - Mess in the kitchen - not a hostel fault but a note reminding tourist to clean after themselves and put the dishes in the dishwasher could help. Some people would leave their bags, clothing, and shoes on the kitchen floor for the whole night.

    Nothing. The hostel is literally the worst I have ever been to, and I have travelled quite a lot in my life. No staff to talk to, confusing architecture, flimsy walls - I could hear everything going on in the street. Everything, from the quality of the beds to the general vibe of the hostel. I was almost alone, except for a very drunk person that slept right next to me (if you have only two guests coming, it would be smart to put the in different dormitories by the way, but I don't expect you to know anything about hostelry given your shoddy offer) and, on the last night, a lovely drunk Friday-night group of teenagers tried to break in (which they would have succeeded in doing had they not been completely wasted because the door to the hostel is made of plastic basically). The only heated place is, apparently, the toilet. It wasn't too cold because October, but I would never stay here in cold Norwegian winter. And the cherry on top is, in room 102, you basically cannot sleep, because the brightest exit sign ever created by mankind will shine on you 24/7 - a good thing, really, because at least you know how to get out of this hellhole.

    There is no reception, but you get all information with an e-mail. They have 2 female dorms & 2 for man, really good. Enough bathrooms & two kitchen so it‘s possible for more people to cook at the same time. It‘s clean, they come and clean everyday. disadvantage is that there are no locks on the doors, so everyone could just walk in your room and has access to ur stuff, because there are just small lockers. And it‘s freezing inside if it‘s cold outside. All in all a good hostel

    The outside and inside of the building is not welcoming. There is no space to sit comfortably (other than at the table). People staying at other addresses can access other buildings and there is no key to lock our room. There were a man trying to stay in the female dorm and I lef know the establishment but 24 hours later I didn't hear from them. Beds are not comfortable. Would only stay there again if there is nothing else available in the area and I need to stay downtown.
