Hostel sujo, velho, atendimento muito ruim do staff, os quartos sujos e pequenos , espaço super apertado para tantas camas juntas, não tem cortinas nas camas, banheiros sujos, paguei para ficar duas noites, e fiquei somente uma. Horrível, barulhento, aquecimento do quarto não funcionava. Nunca mais volto!

cute place, but it was below freezing outside and the heater in my room didn't work/wasn't turned on by facilities. I only stayed a night so it was fine...

Hairs on the bed and shelves, prominent spell of bleach in the rooms on check in. Shower tap lacking any power and took 5/8 mins on constant before heating up. Staff outstanding, friendly and extremely nice. Value for money not great at all, €40 less expensive than a 4 star hotel located in the city.

Stayed here on the hottest day of the year, arrived back after a night out and the room was unbearable. No Aircon or windows open, lack of oxygen in the room, too many beds in such a small room. Had to sleep in my car.

Our room was extremely unclean. When we arrived both the bedroom and ensuite floors were wet. The ensuite, which we paid extra for, was barely useable, and did not appear to have been cleaned before we came. The thin walls of our room were sopping wet through every night and morning, leaving the walls COVERED with a thick layer of mould which may have contributed to our constant sneezing and coughing, and the general poor odour. Door to our room either wouldn’t lock or wouldn’t open.

The windows have single glazing, so it's difficult to get to sleep. Drunk people make a lot of noise outside and even inside, i couldn't sleep well at all. The staff and location are great though.

Great location, the free breakfast and coffee is a great perk ! It can get a little loud at night because it’s close to a very popular bar but I wouldn’t say it’s too bad

Favorite hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Great location thats close to everything but quiet, small and yummy free breakfast, and an adorable outdoor patio that feels cozy and intimate. Workers were incredibly friendly and atmosphere was also pretty social. Would absolutely stay here again if I’m back jn Galway!

I had a lovely time over and over at this hostel! Everyone at the front desk from Angus to Ronnie is wonderful. Anytime I’m in Galway, it’s the first place I book and I recommend to others. Great downstairs lounge area as well and access to the city. Thanks!

Sobald du eintriffst fühlst du dich gleich nostalgisch. Der Wartebereich ist sehr einladend. Mein Highlight ist der Social Area. Hier ist es Urig und WG Mäßig. Zimmer für den Preis absolut ausreichend mit sicherer Verstaumöglichkeit von Gepäck unter dem Bett mit mitgenommen Schloss.

Barely any bathrooms:/ And my sheets had a lot of stains on them… But staff are super friendly!

Great hostel! Facilities were clean and the kitchen and lounge area were very comfortable. Loved the breakfast service they have, which is especially great for the price. Staff were very nice too.

Loved this place, super friendly staff and very clean. Only thing that might be a reservation for others but in the large mixed dorms the bunks are 3 tall. I personally didn’t mind, especially since the hostel overall was so great!

The room was really small for 6 people and the bed was dirty when arriving. Plus, the room was not well isolated and it was freezing inside.

Really happy with my stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations. The free breakfast was a great bonus, not a big party place but certainly lots of people around and using communal spaces. Beds were comfy and warm. Locker storage actually felt secure.

We’ve stayed in one eight mixed dorm. Pro is that the room had its own bathroom and there were more facilities in the hall. The only “negative” thing would be the privacy (no curtains), the light switch on my bed didn’t work and there was only one small window. The rest of the hostel is in very good condition, great kitchen and super lovely people from the staff. Would definitely recommend it!!

Very Nice experience! Attentive and friendly staff, and the common rooms were very well equipped. Free coffee and tea as well as free luggage storage. It would have been nice to have privacy curtains by the beds and more storage or shelves in the room, it was a bit cramped so it wasn't too comfortable to get ready and the metal lockers were very loud, but overall it wasn't too bad, so I'd be happy to go back next time.

Very nice staff and a great location. The hostel is very cute. But the bathrooms and showers in the first floor very dirty. I don't think it's the staffs fault but the guests.

1. GO TO GALWAY! 2. STAY AT WOODQUAY!! Me and a friend stayed in the 8 bed room for 3 nights and this place was perfect! The 8 bed room was great for meeting new friends, and the location was amazing for walking around, catching busses and trains, and wasn’t too loud! Can’t recommend this place enough, I miss it already!

Great spot for a great price. I just wish they told me that you have a flip a switch from the outside of the room to turn it on 🤣 also wish the beds had curtains. I’d come back!!
