PLUS Hotel magnificent. Ideally located right in the center, the best possible location. MORE Permanent feeling of insecurity. A client prays day and night in the dorm on a rug. I ask the receptionist to pray in the room provided, nothing to do. I had booked a 6-bed dorm and was given a 10-bed dorm. The profile indicates the possibility of cooking but I am asked to pay to be able to use it ! No morning key and no one at the reception before 9am, you can't leave !

No recomendamos este alojamiento. No encontraban mi reserva porque decían que ya no trabajaban con Hostelworld. Nos pusieron en una habitación y luego vinieron a decirnos que teníamos que cambiarnos a otra. Tuvimos que pedir que limpiaran la habitación nueva porque estaba llena de manojos de pelo por el suelo. We didn't recommend this accommodation. They couldn't find my reservation because they said they no longer work with Hostelworld. They put us in one room and then came to tell us that we had to change to another. We had to ask to clean the new room because it was full of bunches of hair on the floor. The cleanliness of the shared bathrooms is much improved. The service was regular too. The owner bothered to ask for a receipt for the amount we had to pay there. The bed was uncomfortable, a little...
Not easy to find. Really unconfortable bed and the terrasse only had three chairs, one of which used to hold the door open. Beautiful building that lacks investment. Workers friendly enough

The room is really nice and beds were comfortable. There’s only bathroom with 3 showers/toilets next to the common area which was not very nice. The staff made us feel weird at some points, they were maybe a bit too nice? Would not recommend for young solo female travellers. No atmosphere at all

A hotel full of charm, very nice, well-appointed bunk beds, friendly staff. however, i want to emphasize that the reception is NOT open 24h/24 as it is stated on the website. so it is in front of a closed door that i arrived at 5am, alone and in the cold. the hotel is discreet and hard to find in the heart of the winding alleys of the medina, and at night the neighborhood is not very safe. we must urgently delete this mention because we can be trapped.
L'accueil était parfait, personnel agréable. En revanche, je me suis retrouvée avec un dortoir 12 personne au lieu de 6. Matelas dur mais draps très propre. Très peu d'intimité et pas de casier à rangement pour le sac.
The reception was perfect, the staff was nice. however, I ended up with a dorm room for 12 instead of 6. hard mattresses but very clean sheets. very little privacy and no storage locker for the bag.
It was a really cool place, the old beautiful building with a vibe, I was honestly enchanted, located right in the heart of the medina. But felt super safe being there. The people were very friendly and the girl who made thethe breakfast was the sweetest
Good place to stay, super friendly staff. Rooms are simple but clean. Dorms are not locked, and there are no lockers. Bit hard to find because it is in the middle of the medina-labyrinth. But once you know where it is, it’s pretty easy to find. On the rooftop, locals are chilling (and smoking hasch) and you’ll immediately get to talk to them. The building is very nice and old. Would absolutely recommend 🙌

Hostel super. Bien placé et facile d'accès. L'ambiance est hyper chaleureuse. Tout le monde y est sympa, de l'encadrement aux voyageurs, en passant par le personnel d'entretien. Mention spéciale à Hicham qui fait tout pour mettre à l'aise. Je recommande

It was great, the location is a bit hard to find in the night but it was close to the center and convenient. They have a cute cuddly cat there and a nice rooftop area to look around

muy bun sitio, tiene muchas zonas comunes, es precioso y muy agradable, el personal muy bueno también. La posición es muy buena dentro de la medina, en una calle muy tranquila pero céntrica. Desde la azotea de arriba hay muy buenas vistas
