No se hospeden ahí por lo que quieran. Pagué 4 noches y no me Quedé ni dos horas. Lo alquile por las fotos la verdad no leí los comentarios. Está horrible el lugar hueles horrible, las camas tiene chinches, puro señor sin quehacer se queda ahí. Y se siente un ambiente demasiado inseguro. Nada de las fotos es real. Nos sentimos inseguros y agredidos.

The cleanliness of the hostel wasn the greatest, I thought I saw bed bugs but can't be sure. There wasn't any curtains for the windows so if you stayed out late and wanted to sleep through the morning you'd be blinded by sunlight.

Please Please avoid this 7th century accommodation they are extremely homophobic and transphobic the owner who come from the 7 th century told me after one day that I could no longer stay in this Hostel he advised me to go another hostel what the fuck did I? The owner is extremely delusional in his head!!!!. What a horrible stay I traveled all 7 continent. I never come to worst place like this. My credit cards are so stolen as well during my stay be careful for your belongings. avoid this place at any cost!!!!!! DELUSIONALS!!!!! Extremely negative experience. Guests must leave rooms 3h/day for unclear “cleaning,” while the hostel remains dirty. Bathrooms in poor condition, showers/taps broken. Reception hours very limited; staff assistance is terrible — no help after hours and posted phone doesn’t work. Serious bed bug problem, unwelcoming atmosphere, old/unsafe lockers, small rooms, steep stairs, no microwave. Worst hostel ever; paying a bit more gets you cleaner, safer, humane places.

There was poop in my bed and it smelled really bad. The landlord gave me a new room, but there were a lot of bedbugs there again, and they were biting really badly. When I went to the toilet at night, I saw a huge group of rats, but luckily they escaped. I don't recommend it. It's the worst place in the Netherlands. I was also robbed (from a locked cupboard). Because of their system, you can't stay there from 12 to 15, even though you're paid for it specifically, so they have time to rob themselves.

Quand on lit les commentaires, punaises de lit, personnels impolis et pas aimables, sale, la pire expérience, on a envie de fuir. Certes l'accueil et rapide et pas très chaleureux mais efficace, pas de supplément demandé . Pour ce qui est de la chambre, le linge de lit est propre, les matelas moins, la fenêtre de la chambre ne ferme pas très bien. Quand à la salle d'eau même si elle a été refaite l'éclairage laisse à désirer. Bref faut pas être difficile mais il a l'avantage d'être au centre ville.

Helaas is dit het slechtste hotel waar ik ooit heb verbleven. Het hotel is vol met bedwantsen, en meerdere gasten hebben vuile en onhygiënische omstandigheden gemeld. Sommigen moesten zelfs medische hulp zoeken vanwege ernstige beten. Wat het nog erger maakt: het personeel werkt niet mee. Ondanks herhaalde verzoeken per e-mail en ter plaatse, weigerden ze facturen uit te reiken aan een bedrijf dat de accommodatie voor zijn werknemers had geboekt. We beschikken over videobeelden van de schandalige toestanden en zijn van plan om de zaak te melden bij de bevoegde instanties. Ik raad ten zeerste af om hier te overnachten. Unfortunately, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The place is infested with bedbugs, and multiple guests have reported dirty and unsanitary conditions. Some even had to be hospitalized after being severely bitten. Worse still, the hotel staff is uncooperative and unhelpful. Despite numerous emails and direct requests, they refused to issue invoices for a company that booked rooms for its employees. We have video evidence of the disgraceful conditions inside the hotel and plan to report the matter to the appropriate authorities. I strongly advise against staying in this hotel.

Be aware that SCAMMERS are working there!! Scammers who claim to be doing business… On my Brithday I got kicked out. The employee first took my luggage with out permission (because I put it in the wrong bed) Which was my mistake (it is still my bed) when I talked to him to get my luggage back he talked about paying for two beds for the night, (he even took a picture of my bags mind you the picture that he took were not picture from the last night because I didn’t do it before. The reason why I did that this time was because I brought somebody had an medical emergency with his heart so I helped an called the ambulance and drove with him to the hospital. In a hurry I put the beg in another bed. Which I acknowledge was not according to the rule but still it wasn’t the night before or the whole night. It was just the time I was at the hospital (which I was willing to pay!) picture because of the which I didn’t do. I was okay to pay for little amount of time I put the the luggage in the bed, but he wasn’t ready to cooperate! He told me either I pay up or I should leave the Hostel immediately. By his threat I got irritated and told him that that is unfair and that it feels personal cause he was gaslighting, not listening, interrupting me and showing a lack of empathy. But since I had no place really to stay and since it was my birthday and was not ready to worry about that on my birthday I said okay I’ll pay the whole amount, he agreed. I then asked him for the receipt and that made him completely lose composure. Without any hesitation he kicked me out. Because I asked for the bill! For the receipt!!! Which should be a normal thing if we talk about business!!! Plus the facility is dirty, broken and look out for bed bugs!!! I’m not the only one he tried to scam!!! Read the reviews carefully!!!! It’s not a coincidence!!!! (And look how he is going to gaslight in my comment!!!)

Please do not go there full of bed bugs the manager is a rude and the shower water is cold and can not change the temperature of it i am full of bed bug bites all over me i can not sleep as im itching all night

The mattresses were very stained and gross. The bathroom had no soap. The shower room has nowhere to put your dry clothes and toiletries. We discovered bed bugs in the night after being bitten.

Bedbugs, stairs difficult and no elevator

Nous n'avons pas passer la nuit dans cet hôtel après avoir remarqué la présence de punaises de lit dans l’établissement. Je ne comprend pas comment cela se fait qu'un lieu insalubre soit proposé sur un site de recommandation.

I found bedbugs in these flats. This is the first time I've changed accommodation because the hygiene is not acceptable. The presence of bed bugs made me leave the flat before making the mistake of sleeping there when there were bed bugs. I would advise against staying there for this reason alone. You run the risk of taking some home with you, not to mention the damage they can do to the skin and the diseases they transmit. The reception and placement are good, but that's not enough to deal with the bedbug problem.

Franchement j’ai passé super, bonne nuit très agréable…… j’avais de la compagnie avec moi, mais j’aurais bien fait sans…. Si vous aimez les punaises de lit, allez-y, mais franchement pour ma part cette irritante compagnie A eu raison de moi.

I am very upset about the service because when we went the guests were disrespectful, but what I dislike most is that we found one bedbug in bed and it gave me a horrible joy when I returned from vacation, they already charged me but for me I would not have paid the full price for that bad experience. I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with my stay at Thuis bij Schell in Rotterdam. From the start, I had problems with the check-in process. When I called, the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful, making me feel unwelcome right away. When I got to the room, I noticed a very strong smell and realized that there was no proper cleaning. The bed linens weren’t even changed between guests, they just made the bed, which honestly shocked me. On top of that, there’s no common area, and the bathrooms were filthy and had no toilet paper. But the worst part was the bedbugs. The room was infested, and I saw other guests leaving because of it. I ended up getting bitten so many times that I had an allergic reaction. If I could describe how I feel, I would say this place should be reported to health authorities. It was that dirty and alarming. I would never recommend this hostel to anyone.

Wer gerne das Bett mit Bettwanzen teilen mag, kann gerne buchen. Für mich war es eine Horrornacht. Hätte ich lieber die Bewertungen vor dem buchen gelesen... Wäre sicher hilfreich...

My experience here was terrible. I was eaten alive by bedbugs just from staying one night and I had to cancel my second night. When I spoke to the staff and owner, they were quick to dismiss my issues and said it was just allergies when my body was clearly covered in bedbug bites. They just blew it off as if it wasn’t a big deal and I was truly worried about the other girls staying in the same room as I. I had to fight and push to get my money back but they didn’t even give me a full refund.

Insects/bed bugs on the walls, bed and floor. I was forced to kill some of them every day and check my bedsheets extensively for any bed bugs. Also the room was extremely small, but you get what you pay for.

It is not clean at all . Please come every time and bring clean sheet and pillow cover and even clean blanket. For god sake after a long time come and put new mattress . Your mattress have bed bugs . I was not believing until I saw with my own eyes. This bed bugs will grow until when that you have no choice except close the hostel for clean the entire building .

ALLES Er waren BEDWANTSEN! En grote vlekken bloed op het matras, ook op hoofdhoogte. Het personeel was hiervan op de hoogte, en het boeide ze niks. Ik ga hier nooit meer heen, het is er verschrikkelijk. Heb veel bedwantsbeten en erg last van de jeuk. Hoezo bestaat dit hostel nog?

Ik kom hier nooit meer! Echt bizar.. Ik heb op een 3pers kamer geslapen en twee vrienden sliepen in een 2pers kamer onder ons. Onze kamer en de badkamer vond ik al niet fris maar voor deze prijs had ik in de eerste instantie niks te klagen, maar de kamer van mijn vrienden.. Echt té vies! Zij vonden letterlijk bedwantsen in hun bed en in hun matras zat een grote bloedvlek bij het hoofdeinde! Ook zaten er houtwormen in de muren, je zag het zaagsel op de grond liggen.. Er sliep een dakloze in de badkamer die ‘s ochtends vroeg door personeel van trap af is gegooid! Mijn vrienden hebben dit allemaal naast hun horen gebeuren en zelf ben ik ook van het geschreeuw wakker geschrokken. Toen we de volgende ochtend de eigenaar met dit alles confronteerde kwam er niks van begrip of excuses, hij heeft letterlijk (en figuurlijk) de deur voor ons neus dicht gedaan.. Ik raad deze plek echt af!!

The olds nasty beds with bed bugs. Everyone in the room complained to the staff about the bed bugs. The staff decided to spray some type of chemical spray on the bed sheets instead of the mattresses . That's how crazy the staff's are. I see many couples leave the hostel the same day. .

To much bed bugs the beds looks like 300 years old , All the staff is mentally ill and the toilets is a very nasty. This hostel should cost 5 euro but then again it's not worth it for health reasons.

Falta de limpieza en habitación ,de hecho hemos visto chinches por las paredes y nos han picado luego nos tuvimos que medicar por las ronchas. Los servicios olían a orina ,sin desinfección.

Hay chinches , he salido de alli con infecciones en las manos y picaduras por todo el cuerpo, necesitaba un lugar barato donde quedarme , pero un lugar asi no deberia estar disponible en estas condiciones. Mucho menos subido a una plataforma como Booking. No voy a dejarlo estar

Crade, 1 toilette pour 10 filles, pas de clim, mais surtout DES PUNAISES DE LIT. L’amie avec laquelle j’étais a eu au moins 30 piqûres en une nuit sur différentes zones du corps, c’est écœurant. On a quitté l’auberge un jour en avance (aucun remboursement) pour rentrer en France et on a dû isoler et laver/congeler toutes nos affaires en rentrant. On espère vraiment ne pas avoir ramené de punaises chez nous…

Habia chinches en el colchón y tuve que ir al hospital por una reacción alergica por mas de 300 picadas. Los colchones y miuebles eran cogidos de la calle. Las duchas olian a orín. No habia recepción. Solo hubo una persona para el check in a las 15.00 y despues no habia nadie mas que los inquilinos durante todo el dia. Tuve que cancelar todos mis planes y pasar mis dias sufriendo muchisimo y visitando el hospital. Terrible.

Bueno ponen muchas restricciones al huésped, algunas insólitas y exageradas, como no poder abrir para ventilación la puerta de atrás que da a una terraza, el espacio en el hostel es muy chico en general las habitaciones están bien pero tampoco hay mucho espacio. Las habitaciones tienen un problema con un insecto llamado chinches, fui difícil dormír algunas noches, picaduras contantes. El encargado de Nombre Marcelo es un poco prepotente e intolerante en el trato con el huésped. Yo reserve dos noche del 1 y 2 de agosto por Booking, el día 1 por la mañana tuve una discusión con él por la forma en que se dirigió a mi incluso con amenazas de echarme, le recrimine esto y me dijo te doy dos minutos para que te vayas y saques todo de aquí, me pidió la tarjeta del hostel y se la di, y me fui, pero todavía no me devolvieron el dinero de la noche del 1 para el 2 de agosto, lo cual se los solicite varias veces, ya que yo no me resistí a dejar el hostel cuando me lo pidieron y no rompí absolutamente nada. TODAVIA ESTOY ESPERANDO Y SOLICITANDO A BOOKING PARA QUE EL HOSTEL ME DEVUELVA EL DINERO DE ESA NOCHE, YA QUE YO HICE OTRA RESERVA PARA ESA NOCHE EN OTRO HOSTEL TAMBIÉN POR BOOKING.

Había chinches, suciedad, no había ascensor y no había sitio con la seguridad adecuada para guardar nuestras pertenencias, además de que era pequeño el sitio para guardar cosas. Nos tuvimos que ir por las chinches principalmente, pero muy mal todo.

Esto es un aviso importante. Por favor no vayáis a este sitio. Debería ser ilegal tener este sitio abierto y cobrar por ello. Es una pesadilla. Malos olores, suciedad, chinches, pulgas, insectos de todo tipo, la gente apilada, comida por el suelo y las paredes, bebidas abiertas por las camas, ni siquiera podías guardar tu maleta en ningún sitio. Lo peor fue cuando intentamos ir a dormir y claro, nos empezaron a picar las chinches, ya que la pared estaba llena. Tuvimos que salir de allí corriendo, no duramos ni una hora, no teníamos casi dinero pero preferimos salir de allí y gastarnos el dinero de la reserva. POR FAVOR NI SE OS OCURRA RESERVAR, lo barato sale muy caro, y si pensáis como nosotros que ibais a tener suerte que no estaría tan mal, es un grave error, deberíamos denunciar este sitio.

Very basic facilities. I got bitten by bed bugs very badly, over 100 bites over the 3 day stay. I had to sleep with my clothes on but still got bites through my clothes, but especially my hands and neck area. I would not recommend this place and I will not be returning

Bettwanzen, ein Zimmer wo gerade ein Bett rein passt. Rezeption nimmt 50€ Kaution die am Abreisetag nicht ausgezahlt werden da man um 11h das Zimmer verlassen muss aber die Rezeption erst um 12h öffnet. Frechheit….. nie wieder dieses Hostel. Da geht man besser zelten.

Ga hier nooooit naar toe. Bedwantsen in bed, beloofd geld terug te krijgen. Volgende dag met een telefoontje afgewimpeld. Nooit iets van een vergoeding of oplossing gezien. Los van dit ook verschrikkelijk incompetent personeel. Spreekt geen Nederlands en geen Engels. U bent hierbij gewaarschuwd.
