Hostel One

I did not feel safe here at all. The doors were practically always unlocked, and the reception was rarely staffed. The lockers in the room were extremely impractical, the worst I’ve ever experienced. On the positive side, the room was clean, towels were provided, and the people I shared the room with were very friendly. Unfortunately, there was also a moldy smell, and due to safety concerns I did really not like it. I will not be coming back here again.

I do not advise anyone to stay here there is that much mold growing in bathrooms, toilet (especially the bedrooms) causing every single person in my room and I’ve met get every single symptom of mold toxicity I was about to go to hospital from headache to, ear pain to coughing, sneezing, headache, struggling to breath, but I moved to a hotel and was much better luckily I have got a little better from leaving the mold environment, don’t say here!!!! , this place should not be legally allowed ...

If you’re looking for a sociable hostel this place is not it. I was put in a room with twice as many beds as the one I paid for. Shower head was also broken and mattress not comfortable. Left a day early.

The room was too small, we had to put the luggage under the bed. It doesn’t has any window to open and the only ventilation/air was super colds the kitchen does not have nothing to cook like oven

The Hostel looked like a jail cell. It said there was air conditioning, and there was in the hallways, but not in the rooms. We sweat to death in our sleep. The shower curtain did not stop water from going all over the washroom, soaking everything. There was hair in the shower and red stains (blood?) on the bed sheets. I woke up with red bug bites all over my back. I’m not expert, but I’ve read that bed bugs are a problem at this hostel, therefore I feel confident saying there were bed bugs

Booked a double private en-suite. Amazing location! but the room was so tiny felt like a prison. Not the cleanest, rooms could do with a paint and to double the size.

El hostel esta bien ubicado, sin embargo la habitación era mucho más pequeña que lo que se muestra en las fotos. Muy poca limpieza general de las instalaciones, estaba muy fea la habitacion. Ademas dentro de la habitación el lavabo esta afuera y pegada a una de las camas. Es bastante incomodo sobre todo si quieres dormir y los otros se tienen que lavarse las manos etc.

Booked two beds for my partner and I. We were out in seperate rooms. I had 3 horrible guys in my room who were rowdy not allowing anyone to sleep, turning lights on, making noise, one spilt their water bottle all over me and my bed at 4am. I complained the next morning at the staff just blamed the night shift staff. Hostel was super clean and comfortable. I chose this hostel for the private beds so I could have a relaxing night as a break in my travels. I would not stay here if you are looking for a social hostel but more a clean, quiet relaxing night

I stayed in this hostel for 3 nights during my solo trip here in Split. The location is amazing! You can't beat it with other hostels. The staff are very friendly. They will help you with anything you would ask. As for the room, I booked a female only dorm and it's great value of money. You will get a key, but you have to lock the room yourself from inside and out. The cleanliness of the hostel is great too. Overal I would definitely come back!

Great location / proximity to port and bus station. Generally clean and tidy. Only bedding provided was a pillow and top sheet so was quite cold overnight.

We loved our stay in Split! The hostel was great and had everything you would need and that was listed. The staff were also very friendly!! It’s extremely handy for the port.

Great location, easy to find, nice big room, elevator a bonus, green outdoor area…. Would recommend.

Overall such a positive experience staying here. Aesthetically appealing, kind staff, clean rooms, and so close to so many nearby attractions. About a 10-12 minute walk from the bus station, and right by the harbor. There isn’t a full kitchen (just fridge, sink, kettles), but I didn’t really mind that part. Otherwise loved staying here!

Perfect hostel but just no vibes - no social aspects at all and staff not the most outgoing bunch

This was the best hostel I have stayed in. The staff was extremely kind when we arrived. The dorm rooms were clean, the beds had curtains, and the cleaning staff was attentive. There was a shower (with hot water!) and toilet in the dorm room. Despite that, the room maintained a good smell and stayed clean. The location was amazing, directly in the city center and a short walk to the water and the bus station. There was a restaurant attached to the hostel (plus you get 10% off every time you eat ...

AMAZING!! I want to return to Split and stay at this exact hostel it was so perfect, highly recommend! Great for groups or solo-travelers, so clean, BEST location. It was my first time staying in a hostel (and my expectations are now super high) but it was nicer than some hotels I’ve stayed in!

Great location! 5 min walking from where all tours I booked online left. The staff were really nice, except for Toni from the reception. I have never met a more rude person. I asked him his name because I wanted to be polite and refer to him by name and he started answering aggressively “you don’t have to know my name. Why do you want to know my name?” I stood there shocked and he kept going until he said he was Toni from reception. I considered changing hostels because of that.
