El alojamiento está muy sucio, nos alojamos un grupo de 12 personas del 16 al 20 de agosto de 2025, unos días antes leímos una reseña que había chinches, llamamos y nos aseguraron que era un problema puntual y que estaba solucionado. Nos habían mentido en la cara, no estaba solucionado por lo que algunos viajeros sufrieron picaduras, oscuro, sucio, mal olor y mentirosos

I strongly advise future guests to be cautious and not to stay there. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was infested with bedbugs, which is absolutely unacceptable. When we informed the staff and even showed them photos and videos as proof, they tried to convince us that these were not bedbugs. Although they eventually changed our room, we still woke up with bites in the following days. To make matters worse, the manager refused to provide us with a complaint form. In addition, the shower was dirty, with visible mold stains between the tiles. A hotel should guarantee basic cleanliness and hygiene, but unfortunately, this was far from the case here

In diesem Hotel gibt es Bettwanzen!! Das Hotel hat einen katastrophalen Zustand, vor allem das Badezimmer und es gibt einen enormen Bettwanzenbefall in den Zimmern!! Die Bettwanzen sind schon ausgewachsen, was darauf hin deutet, dass die Tiere es sich schon eine Weile dort gemütlich gemacht haben!

En arrivant le 1er soir, on nous dit que nous ne pouvons pas dormir dans le lit du bas pourtant disponible dans le dortoir. Le monsieur a la réception nous dit qu’il y a eu des fourmis dans ce matelas. On commence alors à s’installer dans les lits du haut. Et là, nous voyons une punaise de lit. L’auberge était au courant, n’ont pas fermé le dortoir (situé dans le basement) et nous ont menti. Quelques minutes après on a vu un cafard dans le dortoir. Ils ont accepté que l’on change de dortoir. En dehors de la gravité d’avoir des punaises de lit dans une auberge de jeunesse, j’ai trouvé ça globalement sale (notamment les salles de bain), les lits très vieux, le petit déjeuner simplement mangeable… Je ne reviendrai pas dans cette auberge et je la déconseille.

If there is a minus star, I would give it -5 stars. The bed bugs really ruined my trip to Turkey. At first I thought the red spots on my body was because of something that I ate but eventually it was the cimex insect, and when I complained they denied it and they refused to refund my 8000 TL. I really don't recommend it at all. Let alone the lack of hot water, in the middle of a shower you need to call them at least two times!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE BED BUGS

There were bedbugs that left me covered in bites after my first night. Other experiences on here and Hostelworld have similar stories. It’s clear that the owners do not want to, or care to, solve this issue. If you don’t like bedbugs, take your money elsewhere.

I don't recommend Big apple hotel and hostel! We booked two rooms and one of them was cancelled on the day of our arrival without reason. But that was the least problem. The other room that we stayed in was full of black biting insects. I suppose bed bugs. When we switched the lights they appeared- we felt them creeping on us. This was the worst experience we ever had. They were everywhere. HORRIBLE!
