- Everything. The manager is a liar and a scumbag. He refused to refund me despite me sleeping on a broken bed and the staff's refusal to let me switch.

- The whole concept is awful, me and my daughter have done a lot of travelling in different countries and across Japan, the guests are just weirdos, one guest took my clothes out the dryer wet and put them on top of the machine and put there own clothes in ! I came back an hour later to find my clothes in a wet pile on top of the dryer ! Not a good vibe not good value for money, your better getting apa hotel with your own bathroom tv and double bed for cheaper ! I paid for an extra night for myself and room for my daughter and left without any refund the day before just an awful experience with seriously weird atmosphere.
+ 최악을 경험하게해준 최악의 호텔 내가 왜 돈을 주고 이런 경험을 해야하나요? 비슷한 위치 조건에 더 저렴한 방이 있었지만 시설이 좋아 이 곳을 결정했습니다 또 남성이 없는 층을이용하고싶어 혼성룸보다 더 비싼 여성전용룸을 결제하였습니다 호텔 체크인 후 익일 오전 10시경 방에서 남자들이 웃으며 대화하는 소리가 들려 잘못들었나 했습니다 하지만 계속 남자목소리가 계속 들려서 밖을 확인해봤더니 서양 남자 두명이 여성전용층 내부에서 대화하고 있는 모습을 보았고 (주황옷을 입은 남성은 침대에 앉아있었고 검정옷을 입은 남자는 주황옷을 입은 남자를 마주보며 뒤돌아있었습니다) 안전문제때문에 숙박업소측에 연락하였습니다 몇 분 뒤 카운터 스탭분이 올라와 두 사람이 스탭이라는 이야기를 해주었습니다. 다만 저는 청소중 남자스탭이 들어온다는 안내나 사전 설명을 듣지 못하여 굉장히 당황스럽고 불쾌하였지만 보통 다른 캡슐호텔은 청소시간에 호텔을 나가달라고 부탁하는 반면 더 밀레니얼스 시부야는 밖으로 나가지 않아도 된다는 안내가 있었기에 해당 사항때문에 불쾌하지만 어쩔 수 없이 그냥 제가 참고 넘어가야하는 헤프닝 정도로 받아드리려 했었습니다. 하지만 제일 큰 문제는 이후였습니다. 카운터 스탭이 저와 이야기 후 다시 내려가기 전 검정옷을 입은 스탭과 제가 제기한 문제에 대해 이야기 하는것을 들었고 그 분위기는 진지하지 않았습니다 웃음도 섞여있었지만 여기까지는 그럴 수 있다고 넘어갈 수 있었습니다. 하지만 카운터 스탭분이 카운터 층으로 내려간뒤 아까 있었던 남자스탭 두명이 다시 객실 내부에서 만나 검정옷을 입은 스탭이 다른 스탭에게 해당 이슈를 전하며 저를 비꼬고 비아냥대는 대화를 듣는 순간 더이상 해당 호텔에 머무르는게 너무 무서웠고 그들을 호텔에서 계속 마주해야 한다는게 두려웠습니다. 그들은 제가 아직 룸에 남아있는것을 알고있음에도 (룸이라고 해도 블라인드로 가려진 공간정도입니다) 그런식으로 고객을 대한다는것 또한 충격이었고 이 역시 무서워 그들의 소리가 더이상 나지 않을때까지 룸에서 기다리다가 밖으로 나왔습니다. 해당 이슈를 빨리 잊고자 다른 지역으로 이동하는중에도 일정이 끝난 뒤 해당 호텔로 돌아가야한다는 두려움이 계속해서 들었고 아예 스탭들을 만나지 않기위해 새벽에 들어가 새벽에 나올까 했지만 이또한 무서워 결국 어플을 통해 호텔측에 연박 예정되어있던 숙박을 취소할 수 있냐 물었습니다. 처음 호텔에서는 이유를 물어보았고 익일의 조식 제공과 제가 퇴실하기 전까진 남자 스탭들이 여성전용층에는 출입하지 않는다는 조건을 제시하였습니다. 하지만 해당 스탭들을 앨리베이터나 공용층에서는 계속 마주할 수 있어 취소할 수 있냐 다시 물어봤고 호텔측에서는 감사하게도 취소해준다 하였습니다. 처음에는 2시까지 체크아웃해준다면 퇴실처리해준다 하였지만 제가 처음 문의한뒤 취소 확답을 받기까지 2시간여 시간이 지났고 익일 새벽에 일본을 떠나는 일정이라 일본에서의 마지막 추억을 이렇게 남기고 싶지 않아 숙소에서 떨어진곳에서 일정을 진행하고있어 2:30까지 늘려줄 수 있냐 물었고 이또한 흔쾌히 들어주어 정말 감사했습니다. 또 제가 한 번 더 말하기 전 이미 신용카드 취소처리가 되어 감사했습니다 하지만 사전에 스텝옷이 따로 있다는것을 듣지 못했다는점(카운터 직원분들은 사복을 입고있었습니다) 4층 식사할 수 있는 라운지층이 굉장히 시끄럽다는점 (시설과 무료 음료 이용가능은 정말 좋습니다) 캐리어를 침대 밑에 두어야하고 캐리어 내용물을 정리하려면 블라인드를 다 열고 침대 바로 앞에서 해야한다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다 또한 제가 퇴실하기로 말한 뒤라서 그런지 해당 남성 직원은 여전히 샤워실을 치우고있었습니다 여러번의 일본 여행중 이번만큼 최악의 경험은 없었습니다 제가 싫어하는 사람이 남자라면 추천 해주겠지만 여자라면 절대 추천하지 않을 호텔입니다

- There’s no locks on the pods!! Your valuables and clothing are open for anyone to take. That may be fine for some people but I was coming from a wedding and not a good situation. There’s ZERO mention of this on the Booking.com page! And no refunds so I had to just pay for another hotel last minute. Terrible experience

- The staff are untrained and rude relative to other properties and seem reluctant to be here. At such a high price for a “capsule” you have to pay extra to have your “capsule” cleaned and bed made?!?!

- Terrible staff, the rooms were too small. The people are loud so if you are a solo traveller, you might be annoyed since there are super inconsiderate people staying here.
+ It was so cold everywhere in the facility. The staff said they MUST run air conditioning for 24 hours. She said it was 'cooling mode' the whole night, not ventilating. In the workroom, the door was opened, but 7 air conditioner was on. But no one in the room when I arrived. Why is that??
- It was too cold to sleep. It's not because they can't turn on heater, it'e because of air conditioner. Why do you need to cool down the room in december? It was windy and rainy outside. Air conditioner is running for 24 hours in December. Its sound was so loud, I had to put on my earplugs whole time when I'm in my bed.

Great modern, clean hostel in the heart of Shibuya. Pod was small but comfortable and large relative to other hostel beds. Loved the spacious showers, never had to queue either. Nice common area. Staff helpful when had an issue. Can be social.
Expensive but perfect other than that. Met great people

+ This is now my second time at the Shibuya location, third stay with the millennials and I’ve booked to stay at the Fukuoka location! Genuinely everything is amazing, location, facilities, staff, I can’t fault it!

+ Smooth and enjoyable stay. Everything is well organised e.g. check in/breakfast and things work well. Very good location. Great range of amenities you can have for free or rent. Breakfast decent. It is nice and clean.
- The fans in the rooms aren’t very strong or cold so it can get quite warm. Also better if each floor had more than one machine / there was a communal area with extra machines.

+ - amazing location, general facilities, hospitality, great atmosphere and services - it was very clean
- - a bit noisy at times, no door to the sleeping pods between elevator and the other rooms on the floor, some guests pack their suit cases in their pods, you hear every zip they open/close, maybe more information needed for some guests to realize that in this area only sleeping is allowed and everything else needs to be done somewhere else! - not possible to lock your pod, only the lockers available for that

+ Free water refills, free cocoa, coffee and tea. They provide clean towels for showering and many other toiletries. I normally have insomnia but I slept really well here! I love the alarm function which raises your bed to wake you up! Extremely convenient. Made it to the station in 5 mins by feet.
- Only 1 washing machine/dryer (same unit) per floor, had to wait it to be unoccupied. The shelf within the cubicle at the far end of the bed has a gap between it and the wall, my items fell through and then landed below the bed (need to ask staff to fetch it for you which was kinda embarrassing).

- האיוורור ביחידת שינה קצת קשה…היה לי ממש חם בלי יכולת לשחק עם חום/קור אין חלונות וזה היה קצת קשה
